Great car- sketchy sales Bought a pre-owned 2012 Kia Soul the other day. Love the car and feel like I got a decent deal on it. I was already pre-approved and had financing s Bought a pre-owned 2012 Kia Soul the other day. Love the car and feel like I got a decent deal on it. I was already pre-approved and had financing set up through my credit union, but we still had to sit there for almost 2 hours for them to unnecessarily run my credit again and before they sent us over to the main Roseville Kia place to have our paperwork printed out. (Super nice finance guy though!!). With that being said: I only received 1 key/ key fob (though 2 were turned in, yes I asked the previous owner), the floor mats had been taken out (previous owner said they were in there when they turned in the car). Additionally, be forewarned Roseville Kia charges $187 for a "security device" they install on all their vehicles and they pass this cost on to their customers. We argued until we got this unnecessary charge taken off our invoice. By that time the salesman was not happy and asked my wife to stop being rude to him. (When all she did was question the charge and want to know why we had to pay it). Needless to say, after that the sales guy just wanted us out of there. He "couldn't find" the other brand new key turned in by the previous owner. I've made a few phone calls to managers over at Roseville Kia (about the key fob) but never heard back from them. (Still waiting...) Happy with the car, but not sure why the car buying experience has to be so tedious. More

Great! From beginning to end was pleasant. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone was nice and said "hello" From beginning to end was pleasant.
