I went to the dealership just to look at the TLX A-Spec after doing some internet research comparisons with other vehicles, and Pete was the first person that came up to me. He was very friendly and non-confrontational. He offered me a test-drive of the vehicle and I instantly fell in love with the car. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle, and I liked his "no-pressure" style of salesmanship. From then on, I only wanted to deal with him, and have had a marvelous car-buying experience. From start to finish Juan was most attentive to our questions and the financing that I was seeking to achieve. In those areas that he could not readily answer in a way he considered responsive to our needs he directed and introduced us to others that could and did. My wife is still very satisfied with the 2013 MDX all wheel drive Acura and drives it most days. We have never had any major issues with the car and the minor ones have been corrected at the dealership when at servicing. I speak with Juan most times that I am the dealership during servicing and he is still very polite and attentive to any questioning that I may have. I was prepared to drive 3 hours to another dealership becau A "man of his word" is the best way to describe Charles Reese (The General Sales Manager). I was prepared to drive 3 hours to another dealership because of their deal of a lifetime on a 2018 TLX. When I contacted Charles to let him know of the amazing deal, he told me to save myself the long drive because he could beat their deal and their monthly payments by $10. Upon first hearing this I was a little hesitant and I thought he was just telling me this to get me to his dealership. Well Charles delivered more than lip service because on Saturday I drove away in a 2018 TLX for the exact price and monthly payments he quoted me. There was no price haggling, no under valuing my trade-in, and no hidden fees. He meant what he said and said what he meant. Honest car salesmen and managers are extremely hard to find. So if you're looking to buy or lease a vehicle in the near future make sure you save yourself the trip, the money, and the hassle of other dealerships. Do yourself a favor and stop by John Eagle.
