Listen to customer My salesperson was great. However, I specifically asked multiple times not to run my credit as I was already approved through my credit union (one in My salesperson was great. However, I specifically asked multiple times not to run my credit as I was already approved through my credit union (one in which the dealership partners). They did not listen and as a result, I have 2 additional pulls of my credit report. I have excellent credit and an excellent rating in every category except Recent Inquiries, which is now Good instead of Excellent. Please listen to customers that do not need you to seek a better rate. With all discounts through my credit union, I received a huge rate discount and did not need additional pulls of my report. - Other than this issue which will follow me for 2 full years, I was pleased with the buying process. Overall a good experience I live around 2 hours drive from John Eagle Acura. I started initial negotiation with the internet sales department, after finding out a car I was int I live around 2 hours drive from John Eagle Acura. I started initial negotiation with the internet sales department, after finding out a car I was interested in was in stock. They were responsive in the beginning, but when I tried to reach to an agreement about the sale price, the responsiveness became lesser, even though I explained that since I’m coming from far away I’m not planning on making the trip for noting. After contacting the GSM, German, the process became super smooth. We got to an agreement about the price, he verified there are no credit issues and when I got to the dealership everything went very smoothly. JaVon was waiting for my arrival. He prepared the car, waited until on the sale documents will be signed and briefly explained about the car features, though it was very close to the dealership closing, Overall the experience was good. I recommend the dealership to anyone interested in an Acura. When the times comes to replace a car I will surely consider them again, More

Excellent Dealership and Service Department I depend on John Eagle Acura and my Service Consultant Scott Sheley to take complete care of my TLX, that in June, 2019 will be 4 years old. I have b I depend on John Eagle Acura and my Service Consultant Scott Sheley to take complete care of my TLX, that in June, 2019 will be 4 years old. I have been driving Honda products for many years but once I got a taste of the Acura, this is my second, it’s the only car I drive. The service has consisted of “please check things over” and the recommended schedule. It’s important to me to have reliable transportation that holds its value and I personally enjoy quality and extra perks that make me feel spoiled rotten.
