I'm happy with the car itself so far. The dealership experience was less than stellar and I have received more assistance from buying a movie at a big box stores than I did with buying my car. The sa experience was less than stellar and I have received more assistance from buying a movie at a big box stores than I did with buying my car. The salesman did not know much about the car itself or if it was even certified. Only through previous research was I confident about the numbers and the car, but the experience makes me not want to be a repeat buyer of the dealership, or refer others. I left with a car and a contract but not much else. The salesperson only seemed interested in making the deal and nothing about customer service. He also only briefly mentioned an add-on to the car, an anti-theft device already installed, that may be beneficial but can also be a potential liability. Before signing the contract, he went on and on about how the dealership treats customers like family, mentioned buying from the dealership because a secondary place wouldn't offer a service contract like oil changes. After the contract, not a word about any of it. It's a used car and wasn't certified, so included services weren't expected, but why even mention it if it's not included. On top of all of this, I heard staff talking about me in the other room after the contract had been drawn up. Again, I don't feel confident with the dealership. I bought the car due to previous research but will not be making repeat business. More

Dealership is neat & clean w/comfortable waiting area. A variety of Snacks & beverages were available nearby. If you can go somewhere else, I’d suggest doing so. What a load of crap this dealership is. I sure as heck will never go back, and I recommend y’all find a better dealership before they rip you off as wel a load of crap this dealership is. Gut was telling me to walk away on this dealership and I didn’t listen and they ended up screwing me over. This dealer had a used Ford Explorer that I was interested in, the salesman lied about multiple things with the car. Drove all the way from Conroe to Katy to pick up this vehicle. He told me they’d come down on the price a little if I came in, that didn’t happen, because the manager didn’t want to come down on it after I made the long drive. When I went to test drive the vehicle, the backup camera wasn’t working. Dre told me “it only needs the new sync update and it will work”. Tank was low on fuel, so he said he’d have it filled up if I bought it, another lie, only put a few gallons in it. Upon leaving the lot, one of the trim pieces for the windshield blew off, noticed later the other was loose. They also didn’t close the hood, so I almost lost that too. Dre said to come in to service and they’ll fix the problems. Drove from Conroe to Katy once again, to be told the manager won’t fix the camera issue because it’s $150, and then the service department wanted me to pay 900$ to have the trim pieces replaced. FORD doesn’t even charge 900$ for this! They also force a 2000$ warranty on you, even though you tell them you don’t want it. Dre told me the warranty covers the tires, key fobs, etc. and after the sale and everything is signed, the “finance “ guy tells me it only covers engine and transmission. So other buyers beware. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. Hope they don’t rip you off as well More
