We had financing already through my credit union. Not sure if that affected the sales or not, but three attempts were made before finally agreeing on an out the door price. Then an hour plus wait for the finance guy Terry to finalize the deal. Even then the dealership finance manager I believe Scott was his name. Stated that they would not honor a 36,000 mile warranty beginning from the day of purchase. So we needed to be happy with 3655 miles already on the car, he couldn't do anything about extending the warranty. We walked out only to have Lourdes call us back after taking the matter to someone else. I was irritated and said as much to her although I knew she had nothing to do with this. We returned the following evening to close the deal. Emily Rawling was superb in getting all the technical aspects of our car familiar to us. The experience with the beginning and the end was pleasant and professional. Sadly the finance dept needs to get their "business" streamlined and personalized for the customer. People skills 101 is needed in this department. When a manager tells you this is the best he can do, when I already knew they would extend the warranty on a new car sale, he should be held accountable for his actions. More

I was also highly impressed with my impression of what I would describe as the "Joe Cooper family philosophy" of selling both a product and experience while developing lasting relationships.
