I purchased in july it's been over three months and I haven't received my paperwork (title) so I can purchase my tag. They gave me another paper tag and it will expire in a few weeks as well. I get the run around every time I call. Was told they were recently hacked so my personal info could be compromised and I bet other customers were not informed. I am so frustrated this is the worst experience I have ever had. I regret doing business with this dealership and hope others are not deceived by their lies. I will never purchase another car from this dealership!!! More
I scheduled service with the Edmond location but they had no appoints available. They then scheduled service for Yukon location at 11:00am. I arrived to being told it will be 3 hours before they can get to no appoints available. They then scheduled service for Yukon location at 11:00am. I arrived to being told it will be 3 hours before they can get to me. I questioned the appointment validity and was told they had more work and that appointments are basically useless. I would not have driven from Edmond all the way to Yukon to be treated like this. I left and will never be back!! Great representation of the company!!!! More
Took my truck in for an oil change. You should have seen the interior when I received it. The moron mechanic had more oil on my steering wheel than in the truck. Had to stop at Lowe’s and get some wipes and clean the interior before leaving town. The door outside and inside , steering wheel and shifter were covered in Grease. No call no this kind of low professional service. More
I wouldn't do business with a Joe Cooper dealership if it was the last one on earth. I took a new car with a few thousand miles to the service department. It should have been under warranty. They came back t was the last one on earth. I took a new car with a few thousand miles to the service department. It should have been under warranty. They came back to talk with me and claimed it had rat damage and the part alone would cost over $700. It was kept in a garage in a new home with no rat or mouse infestation. I took it there to see why the check engine light was on. Instead of letting them charge me on a new car under warranty, I took it to another shop and they located the problem. The sensor was unplugged! Cost me nothing to plug it in!!! The mechanic at Joe Cooper was either lazy, inept or just dishonest. If or when I decide to buy another car it will not be from a Joe Cooper dealership. They are always trying to up sale, find problems that don't exist and swindle people out of money. More
Passing through Yukon, we noticed the dust cover was coming off our Lincoln MKC. Joe Cooper went above and beyond expectations. We were in and out in forty minutes without an appointment. I would not recommend as they are just looking for the sale! 1st showed me a car I didn’t want only to find out it there was so much wrong with it they weren’t offering it for sale! I do end up purchasing sale! 1st showed me a car I didn’t want only to find out it there was so much wrong with it they weren’t offering it for sale! I do end up purchasing a car blind as it is still being serviced, should have went down the road then!! Was told they were going to tint the windows for me due to the 1st car fiasco! I thought I gave thy plenty enough time which was 3 days to tint windows, apparently not! To top off this experience I pick up car drive it home and the check engine light comes on! I call the dealership and ask to speak to a manager none return my call, the salesperson does and he tells me to bring it in it’s under warranty. I live an hour an a half away. I get there this morning and ask to speak to a manager and am told to drive it over to service, and am told it is a 24 to 48 hour wait. I go back to try and speak to manager that is to busy to speak to laughing in the office withy coworkers, he takes keys and has car checked and check engine light removed. I drive home and get back in car and the check engine light is on again. I call and speak to manager being told to bring car back he will give me a tank of gas. He then tells me this sometimes happens when you buy a used car. Really, I’ve had this car 4 days and the sales staff at Joe Cooper have treated me horribly so far. I will be sure to tell everyone why a horrible experience this is been and not to buy car from Joe Cooper in Yukon!!!! More
This was our very first vehicle purchased on the internet. Andrea Robertson was amazing to work with. The purchase and delivery of the vehicle was seamless. internet. Andrea Robertson was amazing to work with. The purchase and delivery of the vehicle was seamless. More
Took my 2014 Mustang GT almost 30,000 miles in for an oil change. I told them not to rotate the tires. I have 275/40 on the back and 245/45 in the front. I brought the car home and put it in the garage. change. I told them not to rotate the tires. I have 275/40 on the back and 245/45 in the front. I brought the car home and put it in the garage. I rarely drive it. After the oil change whenever I did drive it, something didn't feel right. I was polishing it up today to drive it this week. I notice that they did rotate the tires. They put the wide tires on front and the smaller ones on back. How could you not notice the size difference when doing the rotation, especially if you rotate tires often. How do you not know that the wider tires go on back on a Mustang GT. Probably not really paying attention to what he was doing. Fortunately I have floor jack and the tools to fix it. My conundrum is: do I keep letting them service my car or go somewhere where they pay attention to what they are doing. I will be calling tomorrow when they are open. More
