I purchased two vehicles over last few years at the dealership… I had to replace the passenger mirror and part told me I needed an additional $20 part …. That I did not need … when I went to take it ba dealership… I had to replace the passenger mirror and part told me I needed an additional $20 part …. That I did not need … when I went to take it back … I apparently opened the plastic bag package wrong way and they would not take the return. This post is not about $20 as I have spent way more than that with this dealership. It is about customer service…. If they will not do what’s right over $20 what will they do when there is a real issue. I will not be giving them anymore of my business. More
Service Department Well Joe Cooper Service Shop did it again!, I was experiencing an issue with my XLT Explore which I purchased there 2yrs ago after making an appointment online I enter the department an again!, I was experiencing an issue with my XLT Explore which I purchased there 2yrs ago after making an appointment online I enter the department and I was received with nothing but professionalism and prompt attention even though there were super busy then I was redirect to Mr. Darcy for me to explain why I was there. Four days after including the weekend I received nothing but open communication and interest attitude to get me thru this dates while my car was in the shop waiting on a mechanical part to arrive. Darcy communicated with me via text since day one (he texted me an hour after I dropped off my car to the shop). My wife and I are a professional busy couples that our time is gold like every hard working Law Abiding Citizen in this community therefore I have not time to write good nor bad experiences online (reviews), but this treatment in which is the typical treatment we've always received the few times we have visited Joe Cooper Yukon Service Department. Thank y'all you - you guys rock!! More
Dusty (Salesman) was fantastic to work with from the moment I made my first inquiry on the phone to driving off in our new 2022 King Ranch. Cutter (Finance Manager) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We brought our key fob in to be fixed. We have been here since 10 this morning. They can’t even start the car now cause they wiped out both keys. I live in Ft Worth Texas and drove 5 hours to purchase a $34,000 2016 Toyota Tundra Crew Max Limited. When I got there I looked over the truck once and then they took it to get it ready. After going into the finance department, we got in the truck and drove back to Ft Worth Texas. The next weekend when I was off work I took it to Discount tire to get road hazard insurance on the tires. Discount Tire said the back two tires were at 11 and the front drivers side was at 9. But the passenger front was at borderline 3-4. Discount Tire said that tire needs to be replaced and would NOT pass Texas state inspection. The cost of the tire is $247 plus install labor. I also discovered that the jack and tire tool kit that was supposed to be under the seat was not there. I heard something rattling under the hood. When I looked under the hood the clamp that hold the battery in place was not even there. I contacted the dealership and asked for the owner or General Manager but was sent to the salesman who said get an estimate from our closest Toyota dealership. Got the estimate and sent it to the salesperson. Sales Manager said he was not going to pay for the jack or the tire. They said it was traded in without the jack and jack tools. Which tells me they knew it didn't have a jack or jack tools yet CHOOSE to send us 5 hours back home without a jack or the tools to change the tire if we had a flat. WOW I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THIS SHOOULD LET YOU KNOW THAT IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY WITH THEM, NOT CUSTOMER SAFTEY!!! The total for the missing items and wore out tire is $846.23 I paid $34,000 for this truck and now have to pay another $846.23 to get it the way it should have been when sold. I will be filling complaints with the state of Oklahoma, BBB and the finance company who financed the vehicle so all can see how these people operate. More
I give them one star only because zero stars is not an option. I purchased a vehicle for my son a few years ago and they were great. What you are doing is close to bait and switch. I am very unhappy and will never again shop there, and I will let as many people know you guys are rip off artist. Very disappointing. ZERO STARS. More
