I had to stimulate most of the calls & certainly leaves room for reasonable doubt. Just a case of having too many jobs to do & being a little undermanned. Still a good service department with a great service manager just need a little more help & refresher on customer interaction at service advisor level!! More

New Explorer buying experience I had an amazing experience with Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. The sales staff was beyond helpful. I told them my budget, what I was looking for, and what I had an amazing experience with Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. The sales staff was beyond helpful. I told them my budget, what I was looking for, and what I was looking for in a payment. Kirstin was beyond helpful. She made sure that she found an explorer that met our needs, She made sure that we stayed in the budget, and she was able to work to get to our payment goal. Joe Cooper's staff was great I didn't feel like I was a target and someone's next paycheck. They worked with me all the way and made me feel like a person. From the guy greeting me outside when it's 32 degrees, to the staff finding me the saleswoman I talked to on the phone the day before, to letting me test drive one that she thought would best fit my budget, to getting pricing for me, to the business manager working to make sure we stay close the payment budget we had, to getting the new car cleaned up before I left the lot, to them showing me how to use some of the features in the new car, and to them thanking me for buying a car from them. It was just a great experience from start to finish. I will for sure will be buying my next vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon! More

Fair - Friendly - Fast After shopping on the Internet we found a vehicle we wanted to see at Joe Cooper Yukon. We went to the dealership but the vehicle was actually at one After shopping on the Internet we found a vehicle we wanted to see at Joe Cooper Yukon. We went to the dealership but the vehicle was actually at one of their other locations. The next business day they had the vehicle delivered back to their location and notified us that it was available to see and test drive if we wanted. My husband and I went in that evening drove the vehicle and loved it. We decided to purchase the vehicle and in less than two hours at the Dealership we were done and headed home with our new car. The price was great the service was great and we would definitely recommend them. More

2017 Escape Our salesperson Lourdes, was excellent although getting through the maze for actually purchasing the car was ridiculous. We had financing already thro Our salesperson Lourdes, was excellent although getting through the maze for actually purchasing the car was ridiculous. We had financing already through my credit union. Not sure if that affected the sales or not, but three attempts were made before finally agreeing on an out the door price. Then an hour plus wait for the finance guy Terry to finalize the deal. Even then the dealership finance manager I believe Scott was his name. Stated that they would not honor a 36,000 mile warranty beginning from the day of purchase. So we needed to be happy with 3655 miles already on the car, he couldn't do anything about extending the warranty. We walked out only to have Lourdes call us back after taking the matter to someone else. I was irritated and said as much to her although I knew she had nothing to do with this. We returned the following evening to close the deal. Emily Rawling was superb in getting all the technical aspects of our car familiar to us. The experience with the beginning and the end was pleasant and professional. Sadly the finance dept needs to get their "business" streamlined and personalized for the customer. People skills 101 is needed in this department. When a manager tells you this is the best he can do, when I already knew they would extend the warranty on a new car sale, he should be held accountable for his actions. More
