Matthews Ford of Pryor, OK was absolutely RIDICULOUS. Absolutely NO professionalism, i got lied to and scammed. I hope people see this review so they don’t go to the Pryor location!!! They are trying to keep my $500 deposit after i gave them the car back the next morning. I feel like I got scammed out of alot of money so i brought the vehicle back within 24 hours. We bought a used 2017 Ford Escape from Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow,OK on February 25 2020.It had about 43000 miles on it..We had strongly requested and purchased the Ford Premium Extended Warranty Plan 8 Broken Arrow,OK on February 25 2020.It had about 43000 miles on it..We had strongly requested and purchased the Ford Premium Extended Warranty Plan 8 years or 100000 miles. The cost of the Ford warranty was very pricey @ a cost of $ 2848.00 , but worth it, compared to purchasing an unknown after market vehicle warranty. The Ford warranty was included in the finance plan. We noticed that they kept pushing a Century car warranty. I kept insisting that was not what I wanted !! Moving ahead about 2 1/2 years and 55,000 miles on odometer, vehicle started misfiring and using cooant. Called Matthews Ford service department to get the vehicle diagnosed ad repaired. The service advisor, stated that there no Ford warranty on their Ford OASIS information program system, just an after market service plan on their private in house system,that we never purchased or wanted. The service advisor advised me see the F & I manager on the Ford premium care contract concern. I took of all of my paper work and fiance records to the fiance manager. He looked over the paper papers and stated that we were sold a new vehicle Ford extended warranty, and not the used Ford extended warranty. The person that did the paper work no longer works there. The finance manager removed the aftermarket warranty. He changed it into a used vehicle Ford premium care 4 year/48000 mile extended warranty.He deducted $1860.00 from the $2848.00 originally purchased warranty. So,we were charged on an aftermarket warranty that we did not purchased or fianced. My next step was to contact the dealership manager ( CW Evans ). We discussed my concerns. Mr. Evans said that he would not help on this matter and it cost the dealership to make the changes and that was all he was going to do ! It cost me over $950.00 for their mistake and incompetence !!! Ford buyers beware of Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow, Ok. Taking my vehicle to Bill Knight Tulsa, for diagnosis and repairs. More
Took my f150 Harley davidson edition in with security issues. They called a week later said the truck was fixed charged me almost 1600.00 dollars. They haven't fixed it yet, a ford dealer ship can't figure out the problem.my advice , don't bring your vehicle here for repairs. RHJ BA More
SHADY BUSINESS OPERATION. Went to look at a vehicle 2 hours away they told me would be there, vehicle had been shipped to auction. I called the next day to see it again, they assured me it would be there. Talked to finance guy Ryan Matthews, said he has his hands on the keys. 20 minutes away, they called and said it was sold. They wasted 8 hours of my time, and gas, wear and tear on another. More
My F150 had factory defects that were not any fault of Matthews Ford- but their repairs under warranty were completed poorly and required to spend money out of warranty as they do the bare minimum to get Matthews Ford- but their repairs under warranty were completed poorly and required to spend money out of warranty as they do the bare minimum to get you out and let warranty expire. My service advisor did a great job- but the Ford warranty experience will have me never buying a Ford again. More
1 star for terrible customer service. They told us that the vehicle was fixed by their repair department but it died before we even got it off of the parking lot. Michael Corner is the Man!! I went in to look at a new F-150 and Michael was so great to work with that I went ahead and bought it. Love the Truck, Love the deal I got, and I will be back to purchase my F-150 and Michael was so great to work with that I went ahead and bought it. found the car and price on the internet that was the best deal (after 2 months shopping) within a 500 mile radius. called and connected with michael corner who was really easy to work with. confirmed price deal (after 2 months shopping) within a 500 mile radius. called and connected with michael corner who was really easy to work with. confirmed price with the only add on was the documentary fee. a lot of dealers have prep fees etc. made 1 trip to matthews ford and paid and picked up my new edge. the car was freshly detailed and had a full tank go gas. michael explained all the features and invited us to call if we had any questions.
