I showed up for the appointment and they kept me waiting for 2.5 hours and when they finally got around to making the papers to sign it took less than 5 minutes. They failed to tell me there was only one set of keys until I had already paid for the vehicle. More
The salesman (Scott) was great. My single experience with the service department was great. Specifically, the salesman brought over a paper that the sales manager had given him. This paper was the “Hey, how much are you willing to pay per month”.feeler. On it were several examples of this payment/term or that payment/term. Nowhere on the paper was anything representing the interest rate. Just random amounts. Clearly, a gauge to see what this customer was willing to pay - which set the stage for impending negotiations. Busch league stuff. More

After searching online for a few days. Based off inventory, we landed on JNF. Our sales rep. Zac. Took me by surprise by suggesting that hes going to "Pull up something nice" and to just "take a look at it". Super Risky, but the move paid off. He did, with a single shot, found us an SUV that filled the gaps we were lacking with our previous car and surpassed expectations as far as features. This proved he listened too us and asked us the right questions to be able to achieve this result so, well done sir. Shout out to BIG D for coming to the table ready to make a deal. Big shout out to The BoneCrusher for keeping my son entertained. Lastly, our Finace Guy, who's name escapes me. But he was easy to work with, no bad finance guy vibes.
