Treat their customers badly !!! NO SOCIAL SKILLS I took my Ford Fusion in for a oil change and two new tires. It also had a noise coming from the left rear. I was explaining the noise problem to the man at the desk when he interrupted me and said with a very snippy voice that he did not know what the problem was until he drove the car. I felt that was very rude! We continued the conversation on the tire replacement . He told me that it would need to be aligned because the tire on the front that was being change was worn on the inside. I told him I just had it aligned at the last oil change , and it probably was a past issue. He said with a very short tone , they would check it out and I had probably hit a pot hole . I said that I never hit a pot hole , that it was the middle of summer and their where not many pot holes. If their was a problem , it may be that they may have miss aligned it at the last oil change. This really angered him , and he ask me what was my problem . I told him he needed better social skills , he was not a morning person and should not be at the front desk representing Mathews Ford . Took my keys and left . I WILL NEVER GO BACK More

He said come on in and I will help you out. When I got there Richard had a few choices for me to look at. After a test drive and 45 min with the finance guy they had me in a 2014 explorer with a lower payment and interest rate than I could get at my own bank. Great experience. More

It's the 3rd car I've purchased from Scott. He listens to what I want and what is a must have, he has the ability to match me up with just the right car. I usually don't like the process of finding a new car; the hassle of the haggle...I must say that the experience I just had with Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow was fantastic. As it normally takes me 6 car; the hassle of the haggle...I must say that the experience I just had with Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow was fantastic. As it normally takes me 6 months to buy a pair of shoes, I went into the dealership on week earlier to check out the new 2013 F-150 models without any expectations of purchase. That visit went well with the preliminary discussions of the various models and a quick overview of my trade's value. I was heading out on a business trip and told the salesman that I would think about it, and get back with them at the end of the week. I know...that is usually the "kiss of death" for a sale, but I mean what I say and the salesman respected that. On that following Saturday, I dusted off the negotiation skills in anticipation for a knock-out, drag-out fight on getting what I wanted for my trade and what I wanted to pay for a new model. I picked out a Platinum edition and proceeded to agree to pricing. Within 30 minutes or so, I was in the business office signing my paperwork. I was shocked...they made it seamless and off I went. I want to thank the staff to include the sales team and business team. Mr. Matthews should be proud to have solid, quality employees working for his dealership. More
