My experience at Jim Coleman Infiniti was awesome. When I cam in to view the used car the staff was very friendly. Both Vince and Arthur were great at showing me the car and answering my questions. Great experience. I needed to negotiate the deal quickly and fairly, no games. Ryan understood completely. When Ryan had an appointment come up, he left me a message and set me up with Arthur, who was waiting at the front door for me. They had the car I wanted (which wasn't easy to find), and were patient with the test drive. Arthur didn't waste my time with non-sense talk during the test drive... it was a relief not to have a commercial in my right ear the entire drive. The gentleman in finance was fast, courteous, not at all pushy or interested in up-selling me junk. The wife couldn't come to fill out paperwork... no problem, they set it up for me to take home and bring back tomorrow. Overall, great experience. Would recommend them highly. Just don't buy the malbec black with wheat interior. I kind of like being one of the few people without a silver or gray infiniti! More

But this combination was the perfect formula and a great team, I got what I wanted, an excellent deal, and no car buyers remorse. There is NOTHING about my new car that I don't like and if I had to do this all over again, I would!, without hesitation, with only one exception.....it would have to be this dealership, and after my experience, I am convinced that buying a new car can actually Be FUN! In that time period, I visited 5 various Car Dealerships. None could match the genuine and gracious courtesy displayed by Mr. Leonard and Mr. Shrader. Vehicle: I bought a used 2002 Highlander with 25,500 miles. The vehicle exceeded in appearance and performance its advertised description. At my request, Mr. Urlic arranged for a Jim Coleman mechanic to raise the Highlander on a lift. The mechanic went over each maintenance area with me, step by step. All my maintenance questions were answered fully. Price Negotiation: I did not have to dance and I did not have to arm-wrestle. Mr. Leonard explained how his Dealership arrived at the Highlander's price. I explained, without interruption, what I though was a fair valuation. Mr. Leonard then presented a fair counter offer--and a deal was struck. Customer Service: Mr. Leonard, Mr. Urlic and Mr. Shrader understand and practice Customer Service. Customer Service to me, represents a certain personal integrity, that gives the Customer confidence in the quality of the vehicle that he intends to purchase. My wife was interested in a new car and the G37x was on her short list. We weren't planning on making a purchase, we just wanted to see if she liked the car enough to consider the purchase. We arrived at Coleman Infiniti and were greated by Vince Leonard who was very helpful and immediately introduced us to our salesman, Ahmad. Ahmad was great. He went through the inventory, discussed our options with us and took us on a test drive. We were extremely impressed with the car, but what really won us over was the service and attention to detail. Ahmad and Vince made the car buying experience a pleasure and was a joy to work with. They were thorough and accomodating, even offering to address issues before we even raised them. After we had signed the paperwork and driven away with the car, we realized that the garage opener code was programmed into our trade and consequently, we couldn't get into our house. We called Ahmad and he offered to allow us to come get our old car and take it home, just so we could open the garage. Again, a very pleasurable experience and we would definitely do business with them again. More

Zero high pressure sales, at my request they did not bombard me with after sale add-ons like extended warranty items. Fred in the financing section was a true pro. I spent only about 10 minutes in his office and he managed to find what I consider to be the best financing package available. Vince Leonard went above and beyond all expectations to ensure I was satisfied. He was honest about his price and gave me a very fair deal. He even went as far as to help install a piece of equipment I needed to make the car perfect. A true pro and honest salesman. Jass was easy to work with and provided honest insight relating to the history of the car and how sales work. He came in on his day off and missed a soccer game to ensure that the deal went as promised. Overall I'd rate the experience as great and I'll actually buy my next car from this dealership. My son-in-law made the initial contact with him prior to our ever entering the showroom and he was prepared for us when we arrived. He was knowledgeable about each of the cars of interest to me, professional, thorough, pleasant, courteous and very patient as he provided the information I needed to decide on which car I might want to buy. Ahmad described the pros of purchasing the cars seen but yet was not pushy. As we test drove several models he was quick to point out features of interest for each car. I finally was at the point of trying to make a decision between two and he was very able to articulate the differences between them and to answer all our questions. The entire process at Jim Coleman was seamless, the interface with all members of the Jim Coleman team friendly and professional. Ahmad continues to assist as I purchased a pre-certified car and the CD changer in the trunk was discovered not to be working. A new one has been ordered. I am impressed with how quickly everything is taken care of down to the very smallest detail and that the customer-friendly relationship did not end when I drove the car off the lot.
