Out of state buyers beware I purchased my vehicle in December of 2013. The dealership put temporary plates on and told me I would be able to transfer the plates from my trade in I purchased my vehicle in December of 2013. The dealership put temporary plates on and told me I would be able to transfer the plates from my trade in vehicle in about 2 weeks ( once they transferred the title). After three weeks I called and was told it should be done in another week.After 6 weeks I was told the tag company they hired in New York had my info. 8 WEEKS LATER....... After receiving a suspension on the plates from NY DMV ...I was told they ( Jim Coleman Infiniti) would look into it.although Pam was very nice about it and eventually rectified the problem with NY DMV, I was promised a refund from the dealership for a registration I could have easily done my self had they had the title ready in the promised 2 week period. I was promised the $80.00 fee from the tag service back. The GM Bob Shrader eventually got on the phone and refused to refund that money stating that's what we paid. A real nasty individual with no people skills a tall.I explained I did not hire that tag service and in no way should it take over 8 weeks to register a car. I also explained that because of their error my registration was placed in suspension....something I have never had in my 40 plus years of driving. He absolutely did not care one iota about his dealerships error or my inconvenience ,simply stating " that's what we paid". Mind you I did not ask for a full refund,only the fees their tag service charged . So out of state buyers beware ........once you leave the dealership this mans attitude is he won't have to deal with you any longer. If I were a local customer I am quite sure he would have refunded the promised $80.00 More

After visiting two other dealerships in Virginia and corresponding with a handful of other dealerships this by far has been the best, easiest and most friendly dealership I've dealt with! After numerous email exchanges with Ryan with all my questions answered truthfully and honestly we decided to visit him. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and offered refreshments. After discussing what we were truly looking for and driving the car with Fredrick, we decided to visit another brand to make sure we liked the Q50S AWD Hybrid. We returned later that afternoon and discussed numbers. Ryan gave us a no BS price which was thousands lower than the lowest price I got from a Virginia dealership. Needless to say we purchased the car! Painless and a great experience! This is how car shopping should be! From initial contact, visit, test drive, negotiations and finance, all A++! We have to drive past three other Infiniti dealerships to visit Jim Coleman and it was well worth it. Great car, beautiful styling, 0-60 in about 5 seconds and 31+ MPG AVG to boot! Thanks once again for all your help. More

Two weeks later you delivered all the way to PA and returned with my car trade in. Ahmad was awesome and very professional. He handled all the paperwork with ease and understanding. After leaving he had paperwork fed x overnight to expedite a few small changes. Infinity has turned out to be a quality car buying experience all around. I also had requested another key and Ahmad came through with sending another key. Thank you Jim Coleman Infinity for making our new car purchase a pleasant one. I know we will be buying from you in the future and highly recommend you. Thank you all very much. Love my car!!! More
The price was suppose to be $250 over invoice. They originally told me they did not have the car and they would have to trade for the car I wanted with a dealer in the Midwest. They lied. Then the price would be $900 over invoice. When my wife went to pick up the car (I could not be there for the closing of the sale) the price went up to about $1800 over invoice and we were forced into taking a loan so the dealer could get the $1000 incentive. I got the feeling that Cris and the final pricing were directed by Bob.. We had bought an Infiniti from Rosenthal in the past and it was a much better experience. More
I came by the dealership 3 times to test drive the Q50 and was given the run around twice about the nav system needing a software upgrade so they weren't letting people test drive the car. I was only interested in the engine and its performance - not the electronics - so I didn't need to experience the entertainment system. Finally, on my last attempt to try and drive the car, I was approached by an extremely rude salesman who was so curt and dismissive I left the dealership a minute later. Infiniti has lost a customer and I hope others are warned about Jim Coleman's less-than-accommodating approach to new car buying. More

I am a very savvy buyer and I spent weeks finding the best priced low mileage vehicles within a 250 mile radius that had the exact options that I wanted. I called several dealerships and negotiated them to their bottom lines. I then found the vehicle at Jim Coleman and called Ahmad and made him an offer. Within half an hour, he accepted it. The price that I was requesting was extremely competitive based on current market values. (It is one day later and a vehicle that has the exact same options, year, and mileage that I have on mine just popped up on cars.com. The list price at the other dealership is $40,900. I paid $33,500 for mine.) Not only did I save a tremendous amount of money but they also handled everything for me. 90% of the transaction took place over a few emails over a couple days. I even bought the vehicle sight unseen and had them deliver it 200 miles away to my office. The car was immaculate like they had described, freshly cleaned and in impeccable condition. I will definitely be using them again the next time I am in the market. More

Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda, MD, was one of three dealers they recommended. The salesman I dealt with at Jim Coleman Infiniti was Ahmad Hanif and the Internet Sales Manager was Ryan Latham. My experience dealing with both of these gentlemen and their finance manager, Fred Pezeskhpour, was extremely positive. They were professional and respectful, and went out of their way to get the 2013 G37X Coupe in the color my wife and I really wanted. I felt they gave me a fair deal on my trade in, and after only a little of negotiation, beat the price USAA said I could purchase it from any of the dealerships they recommended. So far, my experience after the purchase has also been positive. I have ordered some accessories and scheduled an appointment to have them installed and their Service Manager, Oscar Naranjo, and Parts Manager, Steven Balourdos, have been extremely helpful and professional during my conversations with them. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
