THey sold me a 2005 Infinit G35 x (with AWD) on May 10, 2005 saying it was a used car but with no history of any accidents and that it came with its original manufacturer's warranty for $34K. It came with 2005 saying it was a used car but with no history of any accidents and that it came with its original manufacturer's warranty for $34K. It came with the premium package C and Navigation system, and wood trim - the works. I drive the car on the highway on May 12-14th and notice that the steering wheel vibrateed at speeds over 70 mph. ALso noticed that the undercarriage made noises from time to time. So I immediately called the sales person (Harry Putnam) and told him that I would bring in the car on May 15th (Monday) so they could fix the problem. They were nice enough to provide me with a loner car. Then on May 18th, I get a call from the Manager, Andrew Schulz saying that they found that when they ran a history report on this car they found that it has had an accident. ALso he mentioned that thaey had purchased this car from a dealership in north Carolina. He then offered to refund me back all my money (down payment and maintanence plan, Lojack option, etc.) for which I had written them a check. Has this type of thing ever happend to any one out there???? Unbelieveable!!! More
I rated the dealership so high because of the level of service I recieved there. Andrew Schultz was very helpful, knowledgeable, and comforting when I was trying to make my car buying decision. I'm conf service I recieved there. Andrew Schultz was very helpful, knowledgeable, and comforting when I was trying to make my car buying decision. I'm confident I made the right choice in not only the vehicle I bought, but the price I paid, and the dealership I bought from. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing an Infiniti. More
I recently sold my 2002 Mercedes S430 and purchased an Infiniti M45 Sport. My research involved Lexus GS 430, BMW 645, Mercedes CLS 500 and Acura RL. The Infiniti was the clear winner because of the ov Infiniti M45 Sport. My research involved Lexus GS 430, BMW 645, Mercedes CLS 500 and Acura RL. The Infiniti was the clear winner because of the overall value, but most importantly was the experience I had with the dealership. At no time was I sold the car, instead I was educated on the features and welcomed warmly each time I visited the dealership to "kick the tires". Eventually I purchased the M45 Sport and because of my option package there was a delay of 3 months for the car to be manufactured. During that time my other car went into the shop for service and I needed to rent a car. My wife suggested I visit the Infiniti dealership and see if they would allow me to have a loaner car while my (Chevy Tahoe) was being serviced. To my surprise the manager (Roy Daves) set me up in an Infiniti M45 exactly like the one I had ordered (minus a few options). Wow! No charge, a full tank of gas, no hassle. Just happy to help. Roy removed his golf clubs from the trunk and off I went for two fun days while my boring Tahoe was in the shop. The day I picked up my new Infiniti I was treated like royalty, but that special client treatment has continued beyond the sale and was part of my experience from day one. Coleman Infiniti exceeded my expectations on price, quality, friendliness and overall experience. One last item, my car was ordered with Sirus instead of XM and I did not realize this until delivery date. The cost to remove and replace is $400....Coleman agreed to do that no questions asked. Their error, they want me to be a happy client. So for anyone looking to purchase the best luxury sedan on the road, Coleman Infiniti will make the process a great one. More
