Never buy from these jurks!!! I recently bought two Infiniti's over the phone from two different Infiniti dealerships over the phone after selling two Mercedes. The first a 2011 QX I recently bought two Infiniti's over the phone from two different Infiniti dealerships over the phone after selling two Mercedes. The first a 2011 QX56 from Ray Catena Infiniti in Edison, N.J. and couldn't be happier with the vehicle, customer service and dealership as a whole; salesman, price, etc. Everything they said was accurate and they called days later to be sure I was totally satisfied. The second a 2007 G35S from Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda, M.D. and had the worst car buying experience of my life! Over the phone I was told the car was in excellent condition and didn't have any mechanical or cosmetic issues and the vehicle had been taking care of and was in excellent condition. I bought it and drove up that weekend to pick it up in the rain. Noticed on the drive home to Hampton, VA I noticed the cruise control and the cd changer didn't work. The next day was sunny and I washed the car to find a lot of body damage; one area on the back quarter panel where the paint was flaking from a repair that was done very poorly and was very noticeable; a area about as big as your hand. I was told this vehicle has never been in an accident and was very clean. Also the license plate bracket on the front was no good and was covered up with their sign, one key was the wrong key, the left mirror shaked like crazy, the rear license plate was held on with one screw because the bumper area of the plate was hacked up and the driver seat didn't go all the way back. I called back to talk to the salesman about these issues and he told me to bring it back and they would fix everything. I took a day off work and drove 3 hours to take the car back. They gave me a loaner car to drive while my car was being taking care of. I called several times throughout the day while I was out wasting time and was told over and over someone will call you back. After about 7 hours of waiting for a call, I go back to the dealership to a very unprofessional service writer and to find the only thing that was done was the brake sensor was adjusted and the cruise control was fixed and that's all that was done. I was told I had to talk to the GM about everything else. The GM was the biggest dirt bag I've ever met in my life!!! He told me the car is a used car and they would not put another dollar in it and if I wanted my money back I'd have to pay 25 cent per mile and a $500.00 charge. I told him I bought from an Infiniti dealer and not a wholesale or used car dealer; I thought I could trust an Infiniti dealership would not sale a car in this kind of shape. He replied, "the car is yours and you should have checked it over before you drove it off the lot." WOW!!!!! Unbelievable!!! I wouldn't recommend an enemy to this dirty dealership. They put a 60 day tag on the car and to this day, which has been about 50 days, they haven't registered the vehicle with the DMV. This dealership is very, very unprofessional. More

My experience with Jim Coleman Infiniti has been a textbook case of why car dealers have often such bad popular reputation and cannot be trusted.. I live in another state and a month ago I started looking for a particular color and engine combination for an Infiniti QX70 SUV. That V8 engine is no longer offered for MY 2015 and this dealer had a remaining 2014 model on the lot (been there for almost a year) which I did look up on their web site inventory page. I did call them up chat with a sales person and I made an offer, he did put me on hold to talk to the sales manager and replied with what was the best price they could do and he did send some pictures. The next day a supposed "sales manager", Vince, did call me and reiterated the same offer, they would not do it for a dollar less...ok I said, let me think about it over the weekend. I called him after 3 days to accept their counteroffer and he told me that the car has actually been sold, "good for you" I replied and thank him anyway end of the story, my loss. Well, this guy did call me back after 5 minutes asking me "just to make sure we are on the same page, how much you were offering for this car?" I replied "I offer what you suggested to me twice", well he says, "this other buyer is offering 5 grand more", "great, I'm happy for him". This was the first bad sign.....first you say that car was supposedly sold and then you try to get more money from me? What if I said "I will offer another $1000 more"....are you going to renege on the other supposed buyer that already agreed on the price? Moral of the story, the car is still there after 3 weeks so I did call them up to let them know my offer (well their offer) was still standing and if they were ready to do business.....it turned out that their offer "was a mistake" a miscalculation" and they cannot do it...the car is "rare" (it has been sitting on the lot for one year so it is "rare" but nobody wants it anyway) and there were 2 "real" buyers but fell through....riiiiiight!! I challenged him on the fact he was trying to get more money from me even after this imaginary buyer supposedly had already bought the car on an agreed price. My suggestion is to deal with this place very carefully only in writing and read all the fine print, their word is not worth anything (especially this Vince guy) and they will gladly do a 180 degree on you even when you think you have a deal in your hands....beware, not the kind of shop I would do internet business with. In my case, they better have another buyer because at this point I would not buy that car from them even if they come back with an extra 10K off their original offer, I'm definitely not comfortable doing business 2000 miles away with this type of people. More
Excellent buying experience. I would highly recommend. Ahmad was wonderful. He did everything I asked him to do and more. He was more than patient and answered all my questions. We went back and forth between emails and phone calls for more than a month before I decided on the Q60. They gave me a more than fair price on my trade. He even brought the car to me to test drive as I didn't have time to travel to the dealership. I have and will definitely recommend Ahmad and Jim Coleman to everyone in the Future. My Q60 is an AWESOME car!!!! More
Very good buying experience, even with a little complexity I traveled about 2 hours to test drive and purchase a certified pre-owned G37x. Prior to doing that, Vince and I worked out numbers on the phone which I felt were fair overall. Upon arrival, Ahmad was ready to go on the test drive. While we were out, the techs brought my trade-in around to be appraised. When I came back, Vince handed me a piece of paper with every single number, to the cent, that was discussed on the phone. The complexity came in when we discovered some scratches and a gouge on the bumper. I agreed to purchase with a written agreement in place to come back to the dealership so that the bumper skin could be repaired at no cost to me. This work was completed a few weeks later and it was done perfectly! I cannot tell where the imperfections were, and Aaron over in Service was extremely accommodating with a loaner and a generous timeline since I had to travel. Overall I am very happy with the car, I've bought many vehicles in my life and I've never had a sale go this quickly and smoothly with a dealership. In particular, I really appreciated that we agreed to all numbers verbally on the phone that, in the end, were all honored (my trade-in was sight-unseen at this time). There were no surprises. More

He worked with his manager to give me a very fair deal on my trade-in as well. Ahmad is the kind of salesperson I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. He was professional through and through. Just a great guy as well. The financing person, Jaas Dzinic, was also excellent to deal with - he was quick to arrange the financing, and did a great job processing the paperwork. More

I am about to turn in a lease vehicle and Ahmad Hanif has been incredibly helpful and cooperative in making arrangements for me to do that at the dealership. The whole experience was just amazing. I had to come back to see service department couple days later for a small issue but they took care of it right away. Thanks again Coleman Infiniti team! More

Ahmad Hanif, Fred Pezeskhpour, and the rest of the Jim Coleman staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional every step of the way and we found ourselves actually having FUN during the purchase process. Not 10 days later, we were back at the service center with a nail in one of our new tires. The staff stayed late on a Saturday to ensure we were patched up and back on the road in no time; the recommended service plan is already paying dividends. We enthusiastically recommend Jim Coleman and Ahmad and Fred in particular. More

Ahmad was extremely informative of the model I had chosen and was open about the car, history etc. The purchase of the vehicle was a very smooth transaction, I couldn't have been happier! Also, there was a hurdle in the delivery of the vehicle as I am about an hour from the dealership. Ahmad and another co-worker volunteered to follow me home with the purchased vehicle and an additional car so I wouldn't have to drive back to Bethesda! Ahmad and the dealership went above and beyond to make my purchase exceptional! Thank you!!! More
