For my 2 previous car leases (G37 for 39 months and G35 for 39 months), the previous management at Jim Coleman had lost my business to a Virginia based dealership that had offered better pricing and more complimentary services. It is important to note I am a Maryland resident so I was actually going out of my way to have the cars serviced in Virginia. When the service rep at that VA dealership who had been taking care of my car left for personal reasons, I found a big lapse in the quality of the customer service which lead me to reconsider Jim Coleman when my lease expired at the end of 2010. The VA dealership had quoted me a price for a 2011 G37 IPL that they said had no flexibility in it so now I wanted to shop and compare. I must say that if it were not for Ahmad Hanif and the exceptional way that he worked to earn my business, I would not be writing this article. Ahmad is a man of his word and did everything a customer could ask for. He was supported in his efforts by his sales manager, Ryan Latham. Together as a team, they provided me with a "significantly" better deal than the other dealership for the 2011 G37 IPL and made it clear that they wanted to win my business. When I called other MD and VA dealerships to compare pricing it was obvious that Jim Coleman was providing me a deal that no one could beat. In fact, when the new IPL was delayed in arriving on New Year's eve when we signed the paperwork, Ryan and Ahmad, went so far as providing me with a 2011 AWD coupe loaner at no cost so that I would have transportation while we awaited the arrival of the IPL. Due to all the snow, I just took delivery of the IPL on 2-4-11 and the car was well worth the wait. Fred P in finance handled the paperwork with Ryan and I must say the entire experience from start to finish was as good as it gets. I would not hesitate to recommend Ahmad, Ryan, Fred and the Jim Coleman dealership to anyone considering a new Infiniti. More
