Our 2nd purchase! We are very pleased with this dealership from sales to service. This is the reason we are return customers and even more satisfied now. Kirk sold us our 2nd car and was very knowledgeable and sincere. Devon is our service rep who is truly a pleasure to work with. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to Jim Coleman and we look forward to many more years of superior service. More

AWFUL--incompetent and dishonest DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the WORST car buying experience I've ever had. I live in Baltimore and at 230 pm coordinated to come look at a car a DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the WORST car buying experience I've ever had. I live in Baltimore and at 230 pm coordinated to come look at a car around 330pm. I arrived at 350pm and the sales rep, Brian Vierra, was not there. No problem, I thought, I'm running a bit late and was greeted by another member of the staff. We took at look at my old car for a trade in appraisal and came back to the desk. I then overheard a conversation in which two employees said, "I can't get it started." I had a sinking feeling they meant the car I was there to look at. An employee came back in and told me that staff had been trying to start the Honda Civic I was there to look at with a Honda Pilot key. Approx 5-10 minutes later (so 410ish) Brian finally arrives and tells me that the car is "blocked in" and they need to find some other keys to move the blocking vehicle. He directs me to a desk where I sat for around 15 minutes. At 430 I went up to see what was going on. Brian tells me that 1. the Civic was dead and needed a jump start --so the story about it not starting due to a key error seems like bs. 2. was unable to answer my question why the battery was dead, other than to say it had been detailed 3-4 days ago and that "maybe" someone left a light on 3. told me that the car was out of gas and needed to be filled up. It seems they had no intention of telling me the vehicle was having problems had I not asked. So to summarize, grossly incompetent and dishonest. More
Avoid this dealer The sales people were sleazy as usual, but what was really unacceptable was that the repair service. I brought the car for some damage from a tree bra The sales people were sleazy as usual, but what was really unacceptable was that the repair service. I brought the car for some damage from a tree branch. They almost paint the entire car, without my authorization and way above their estimate. Just ripping off the insurance (and me in the process). Avoid Jim Coleman. More
Good selection and personable service Bought a Q50 from Frank and Cesar and purchased the extended wrap + wheel package. Called in to service because my wheels were chipped, my window mold Bought a Q50 from Frank and Cesar and purchased the extended wrap + wheel package. Called in to service because my wheels were chipped, my window molding had a slight defect, and my mirror vibrated slightly when driving. Devin reached out personally and set me up with a loaner car. He ordered all new parts without any hassle, honoring the warranty on every component mentioned. Great service. Bring your Infiniti here. More
Disppointing Standards for a Luxury Car Service Shop I took my car to Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda in December of 2018 for some minor overheating problems. I was assigned to Devin Walker (The RED TEA I took my car to Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda in December of 2018 for some minor overheating problems. I was assigned to Devin Walker (The RED TEAM). After inspecting the vehicle Devin contacted me and suggested $3,112 in repairs to replace Radiator, Thermostat, Camshafts, Gasket, etc. In addition, he also suggested I replace the Driveshaft because it was completely done and could "break off and potentially kill me" (for an additional $2,000). I trusted his opinion and went with his recommendation, but I declined replacing the Driveshaft. Approx. 1 week after I picked up the car and paid a total of $3,112.09, I experienced the same issue with overheating. This time I took the car to Nationwide Infiniti (where I bought the car brand new). After inspection, Nationwide informed me that the Radiator and Thermostat both needed replacing along with a listing of essentially all the other items that Jim Coleman had apparently "Replaced". I was fortunate that Nationwide Infiniti completed the service under warranty (no issues there). While the car was being serviced by Nationwide Infiniti I asked them for a second opinion about my Driveshaft. Turns out the Driveshaft is in good condition (NO Surprise). I called Devin at Jim Coleman and spoke with him about the situation. To my amazement he was smug and seem very callous. His initial response to me was "What are you asking for from Jim Coleman". I said at a minimum I need the name of the Technician who worked on my car to find out if any service was performed at all. Devin responded that he’ll need to have someone higher than him call me. Days later, NO CALL. If you decide to use Jim Coleman, I highly recommend getting a second opinion if your car is drivable. If not, have it towed to another dealership. It’ll save you $$ and the headache. They are all about making more $$ (even if it means recommending service you don’t need) with no regards for their customers. STAY AWAY…… More

I just want to say that I drove 200+ miles (Hoboken, New Jersey) not only because they gave me a great deal but they treated me with respect as if I were a human being and not just another dollar sign$ walking around. I negotiated with Cesar Yanes who was fantastic to speak to because he kept it real with me the entire time & was just a genuine guy (you could tell). Stanislav Odnolko made sure the car was to my liking and constantly asked if he could do anything else for me. Financing manager Jass Dzinic explained everything and got me some of the lowest used car rate loans (I was surprised haha). This is the most important thing: I’ve been to dealerships in NY , NJ, CT & PA, by far they were the nicest over the phone & in person. Great staff. I hope everyone experiences their buying experience the same way I did. Thanks again Jim Coleman Infiniti More
First Oil Change and Already Asking for $3,000 In Repairs A few months ago my husband and I purchased a QX80 from Jim Coleman Infiniti. We worked with a sales person named George Sanchez. We went to Jim Col A few months ago my husband and I purchased a QX80 from Jim Coleman Infiniti. We worked with a sales person named George Sanchez. We went to Jim Coleman hoping to buy a dependable family vehicle, which we would need in the future. We were assured that the vehicle we were purchasing received a complete diagnostic check and all major work on the truck had been done. We were promised the car would be ready for us to pick up and drive home the next day. Unfortunately, we did not receive the car until five days later. We suspected that there was something with the truck that the dealership was trying to hide. We were assured that the vehicle was in very good condition and that there were no major repairs that would need to be done anytime soon. We were offered 5 free oil changes for our trouble. 5,000 miles later, we take the truck in for the first oil change. We were told that in the near future, we would need spark plugs. Two weeks later, the truck's engine light came on and we took it in for service again. We were told that the truck would needed a catalytic converter and the repairs would cost about $3,000. I don't know what kind of truck they sold us. How in the world do we need this much repaired after driving a 4 year old truck only 5,000 additional miles? I am 2 months away from my due date and it is very stressful knowing that this dealership clearly hid from us that this truck needed major repairs done. I have never experienced this much deceit during the car/truck buying process as experienced while dealing with Jim Coleman Infiniti. I would not recommend this dealership at all. I would however recommend going to Lexus of Rockville. I was able to get a great deal from Wille Savage on a used, 3 year old, Lexus GX 460. I have driven the truck about 10,000 miles so far and have had no major issues. More
