I had an appt at 11AM. My car went in right away for an oil change/tire rotation and emissions. I walked out 2 1/2 hours later. This did not make me happy. I could have gotten it done cheaper at Midas or Ziffy Lube, I know because I Goggled it while I waited in your lobby. They said it was due to the price of oil but other companies aren't charging that much, $100.00+. I will be taking my car elsewhere next time for this type of service. More

This dealership was huge and clean. I waited for my vehicle while it received its first oil change. The waiting area was also very large and clean. I brought my 2023 Traverse in for routine maintenance. At checkout, I was charged twice. I was reassured only one charge would go through but when I checked my bank account, both were drafted. When I called the dealership, I was told the matter would be looked into and I would receive a call back. I never received the call back. A few days after my oil change and engine maintenance, my car gave a warning signal that it had low engine oil pressure and the engine needed to be shut down immediately. I returned to the dealership and was told a bad oil filter was used. The dealership did not have any rental cars. I paid for an extended warranty when I purchased my new vehicle that would provide a rental car to ensure I would never be without a car, so not receiving one put me in a bind while they diagnosed and fixed the problem. The entire experience was unpleasant and frustrating to say the least. More

Got my vehicle in on time, and got it back out in a reasonable amount of time for the work that had to be performed. I like taking it to Jim Butler because they have a comfortable area for waiting, and reasonable amount of time for the work that had to be performed.
