So they call me and talk to me as a child! Saying to me "you need to listen to me" how disrespectful! You're NOT my customer! Even after producing a video of the problem and initially telling me they couldn't find a problem they want me to inconvenience myself again. Tony shouldn't have anything to do with customer service!

Mr. Schroeder, we remember the conversation differently. In order to find a solution to your concern, we need a Journeyman tech to look at your vehicle. TONI was attempting to tell you is that your vehicle wasn't investigated by a Journeyman tech because your request for an oil change, NOT performed by a Journeyman tech. Toni was attempting to offer you same day diagnostic (normally takes 24-48 hours) to minimize your inconvenience. In the conversation, you stated that you would take your vehicle elsewhere, which is, of course, your prerogative. Our offer of same day diagnostic still stands though. Should you change your mind and want to take us up on that, please reach out to our service manager Zach at 636-717-2790 to schedule an appointment.
