Stopped in to get a battery replacement for a key fob and a nitro fill in all four tires. After two hours of waiting had to let about 20psi out of the tires to get them to the right poundage before I could l a nitro fill in all four tires. Back in October I had my oil changed and had them look at my rear wiper that was not working. After over 4 hours there, they told me they would have to order a part and quoted me a price of over $400. My h my rear wiper that was not working. That should have made me think twice but I still came back for another oil change this month. I checked in for my appointment early and there was some recommended maintenance that was due. I asked the sales associate how much time that would add and he said approx. 30 min so I agreed. I asked for an estimate on total time and was told 1.5-2 hours. I watched him stamp "WAIT" in two places on the paperwork as I said I would be waiting in the waiting room. Over two hours later and I am still sitting in the waiting room and finally decide to ask for an update only to find out that my truck had already been done and sitting in the parking lot for over an hour!!! The sales associate had brought my paperwork out and left it at the desk and never said a word. The manager was apologetic and offered to give me a discount, he said $100 but when looking at my paperwork when I got home it was actually only $25. Also, when leaving I realized that the sales associate had already left for the day (it was an absolutely gorgeous Friday afternoon) while leaving me in the waiting room for over an hour after my truck had been finished. So between the attempt to charge me over $400 for a part that cost $65 and took my golf pro husband 30 minutes to install, the absolute lack of respect for my time and my business, the dishonesty about taking money off (honestly, why say you took $100 off when you took $25 off-what was the point?), and a sales associate that went home to enjoy the beautiful Friday afternoon while I sat all afternoon in their waiting room, I have to say I think I'm done with Jim Butler.
