Your ticket included an oil change, transmission flush, coolant flush, and wiper blades to be replaced. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. With your added service this would extend that time. We apologize if your standard oil change times weren't initially relayed to you. We can assure you that we are not in the business of taking your money for services not performed.
