Poor communication. Lacks even faking gratitude for your business. Never heard a please or thank you. When I added transmission flush I was not warned it could take over 3 hours while I was waiting. Amazing that when I finally inquired about how much longer my car was magically ready. Made it feel like my paperwork was buried or they skipped doing the full job since I was getting tired of waiting. All I can do is cautiously trust my complete service was finished. $600.00 plus is no small amount for me to gamble. More
Service representatives need to listen to customers input on issues with their vehicles. I don't need to be lectured on what's the problem with my vehicle, I drive it every day and know when something is wro on issues with their vehicles. Took over 2. 5 hours to get a tire rotation and oil change. Asked to have the breaks looked at as well but no one was available. I dropped my car off on Tuesday the 26th. I was notified a technician was assigned to look at the car. They did not look at until Friday the 29th. They had to order parts that would not be available until the 26th or 27th. I tried calling and texting on January 3rd for an update. My service advisor was off Wednesday. She called Thursday to say the car should be done by the end of the day. She then texted saying It would be Friday morning. I only came to Jim Butler because I could not get into Weber Chevrolet. We will not be coming back here. More
