Take a Ford to a Ford dealer I dropped off a 2014 Taurus w/parasitic drain on battery which I purchased from JB back in May . Service dept tried to figure the problem out but not I dropped off a 2014 Taurus w/parasitic drain on battery which I purchased from JB back in May . Service dept tried to figure the problem out but not having Ford diagnostic equipment they took it to Ford dealer after a week, who did find BCM internal fault that was replaced and reprogrammed. In hind site I should have taken it to Ford in first place ,lesson learned. Kayla Merrick the service adviser at JB did her best to keep me informed daily and make sure I had means of transportation while they had my car.I would definitely recommend JB for service on your GM products but not so much on other manufacturers because of diagnostic equip needed for repairs. More
