Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Mary. We completely agree that slow leak would have been evident during your services with us. As your service was on Tuesday morning, and the leak started presenting (and really a pretty fast leak to drop 10 psi on a drive home) on Wednesday night, it is more likely that the leaks were from after services were performed. Perhaps the causes occurred during the day/night on Tuesday or during the day on Wednesday. We're glad you had a positive experience with us during your visit with us. We hope your future visits go just as well.

Our normal wait time for oil changes in 90 minutes, and we strive to achieve that or better. We have adjusted our scheduling and we hope that wait times will improve as a result during this busy season. We are happy to send you an updated window sticker if you would like us to. We do recommend going by the oil life percentage that your vehicle shows on your dash, rather than the sticker. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Mr. Hayden. It sounds like there was a bit of miscommunication during your previous visit. Unfortunately, your salesman from 2017 is no longer with the company. The service advisor that told you we would honor the coupons probably thought you meant you had coupons from Jim Butler Chevrolet, and not somewhere else. Coupons for free oil changes from other dealership would be a complete loss for us, as those types of coupons are dealership specific and come directly out of the sales budget for dealerships. The Service Director is on vacation this week, which is why you have not heard back. Theresa in our Customer Relations Department has already left you a voicemail to try to help and come to a resolution. Please call her back to discuss.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your frustration with things not being done as quickly as either of us would have liked. Part of the delay may have been that we do not have Journeyman technicians (the level of trained mechanic that was needed to do your repairs) on the weekends. So, while your vehicle was here, it was not able to be worked on until we had a Journeyman available. Electronic problems can take quite a long time to diagnose, as there can be many causes to a single problem. There are literally thousands of wires and components that need to be checked, and we're glad we were so thorough and found the additional components needed to get your vehicle running safely. We do apologize for the additional wait, but we're glad we were able to make sure your vehicle was returned to you in the best possible condition. We hope your next visit with us is less complex so things go faster for you. Safe travels!

We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a 5 star experience with our service department. When replacing the AC pollen filter as requested for your last visit, it does require removing parts of the dash. This may have been the cause of things being moved in your glove box. We understand that if you were not informed of the details of what replacing the filter took, you may have been surprised by things being moved. We can assure you that nothing malicious or nefarious happened with that situation. We're sorry to hear about the tear in the center arm rest and are happy to check our cameras to see what may have happened and to ensure that it is new.
