My wife went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. She was waiting and waiting. It turned out that the service person went on a break and turned the records over to someone else. She waited for about 2 hours when her car was already finished after about an hour. She finally went to the service desk and was told there her vehicle was finished. She was not happy.
