Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. We are diligently working to maintain the expectations we set for ourselves. We look forward to the next opportunity to be of service to you.
