Thanks for your feedback. We apologize that your appointment time was not properly explained to you. We normally quote 90-2 hours for our oil changes. We are glad that we could live up to the expectations that we set for ourselves. We have done our research, our oil changes are competitive with other dealerships in this area, including Dobbs.
