The communication from the service advisor was not what I expected for all of the reviews. I was told my car would be done the next day which would have been a Friday. One text at 9:22 am on Friday morning a expected for all of the reviews. I was told my car would be done the next day which would have been a Friday. One text at 9:22 am on Friday morning and not another text or phone call all day explaining that my car wouldn't be done. I called after I got off work at 5pm, knowing they were open 6pm to check on my car. Not one person could tell me what was going on with it. Was told if I didn't hear anything that It probably wasn't done. Not one person could tell me when it would be done. I had to have the car to get to work on Monday. Instead, I had to spend my Friday evening and almost mis my father's 70TH birthday to get a rental car that was unplanned because of poor communication. They didn't offer a loaner or a rental at the dealership to compensate for their lack of communication. Also, no reimbursement or compensation for myself having to get a rental car. The actual work on the car was done very well. Just poor communication. I work in the same line of business, and I would never have left anyone hanging so late in the day right before a weekend needing their vehicle. I would have been fired. I don't want to see anyone fired but some compensation would have been nice. Sorry, not sorry. More
