Highky recommend this dealership and the entire staff. I am hoping the dealership can convince their bosses at GM to approve my refund for a rental car I had to get from Enterprise as no dealer demo was I am hoping the dealership can convince their bosses at GM to approve my refund for a rental car I had to get from Enterprise as no dealer demo was available for 10 days while my 2024 Trax was in their service dept for covered warranty repairs for 2.5 months. Had to wait for a part. I was directed to use Enterprise rental car until a demo came in, which I did. Verified with GM this was correct and would be reimbursed. The dealer was able to provide a demo after 10 days, which was greatly appreciated as I could then return the Enterprise rental. All staff at dealership have been outstanding, especially Dalton. Every visit (4) since my new car purchase August 2023 has been friendly, efficient and customer oriented. I realize GM’s refusal to refund a portion of my enterprise rental cost is not the dealer’s fault. However, I spoke with GM re: reimbursement of a rental before I rented from Enterprise, where they confirmed they could reimburse me for $40 day up to 10 days. It also was mentioned at the dealership. I submitted all the required paperwork. Then wait for reimbursement until my own car was fixed. Then denied because I used the dealer demo after returning Enterprise rental. Which is what GM instructed me to do. $400 isn’t alot of money but it was a big expense to me (retired) and I still naturally was making my car payments as well I believe GM mislead me thru the process and honestly feel bad that the dealership and staff are not being supported by GM as GM obviously has a supply chain issue for parts and then will not compensate their long time (since 1957) Chevy owners. And GM does not back up the info on their website re: reimbursements. Bottom line: I would rate Jim Butlef outstanding, love my Trax (repairs and all) and appreciate their assistance. Great staff, great communications. But just so frustrated GM (buy USA) misled me completely. $400 is nothing to GM. For me, it’s a Xmas visit to my out of town son (U.S. navy commander) and my grandkids. Who, by the way has still running 76 Camaro, Suburban, had a Cruze) and a Chevy truck. Thank you to the dealer for trying to help me thru this process. I recommend Jim Butler to any one looking for a car. More

Glad someone decided it made sense to do a maintenance/ warranty (software upgrade) when the vehicle was dropped off. The day prior I was told that would have to be scheduled separately & that was very fr warranty (software upgrade) when the vehicle was dropped off. Was not responsive on giving info. Only way they would talk was through a text and they would never answer questions if you asked through text. Had an appointment then when I got there they said I’d be lucky if they got it in to look at it in next 5 days. Had a defect in driver side door panel and they said gm would not cover it. Service guy never even reached out and told me that. I had to ask him about it. If your buying a GM product go somewhere else besides Jim Butler. Also truck was parked in lot with trees rubbing on side and back. Only 2700 miles on truck but since it wasn’t theirs they don’t care. More

Service advisor was not pleased with me and was just polite after that exchange. And I came in for a part replacement on an expensive vehicle I had bought from them just a few months before! Then i asked for a ride home, they put me in a vehicle where I road an extra 20 minutes because they’re driver didn’t want to come back to get me, despite literally driving past the dealership to get from the other customer’s house to mine. I’m done with trying to deal with them. More
