I have used this dealership for the past four years. I have never received poor customer service like this visit. My sunroof was leaking water from the hard rains. I was told that this was a covered repair since I had an Alli warranty. I was then told it was not covered. I was not charged the checking fee however when I picked up my car it was not put together. The grease from the mechanics hands were very visible on my headliner - no care was taken to prevent this from happening nor was it cleaned up after the fact. I asked for the manager to return my call. That never happened. I have received many suggested repairs but never a maintenance requirement for cleaning the sunroof. I have never been so unhappy about how I was treated. Just simply ignored! More

They are very friendly, attentive, and nice in the service department. Don’t like the 2% upcharge for using a credit card. The workers are friendly and do their job well. My issue is when I have a 7:30 am appointment I show up at 7:20 am and don’t check in until 7:45 am because there are 10 cars in front of me. Then to perform an oil change and a tire rotation and I don’t get my car back until 10 am?? Is that fair? Is it good “appointment” management? This isn’t the first time this has happened.
