Service department was extremely slow at everything so I traded the truck in at the ford dealer and your people misplaced my keys twice which pushed me getting new truck back by a week and then I get a call three weeks after I had already picked the truck up and traded it in at sunset ford with your service advisor telling me the Silverado was ready to be picked up then fast forward two months Tony Palmer the salesman calls me inquiring if I still like my Silverado (traded in two months prior) you guys have major communication issues
