Made an appointment two weeks ahead of time. It took over three hours to get a service. That should take about 20 minutes. It normally takes 2 hours for this service. When looking into getting a car and telling our sales gentleman what we needed and wanted and next day we saw and drove and bought it that night. First oil change went well.
