One star and honestly, once I get my van fully fixed I’m not ever gonna use you guys for service ever again. I brought my vehicle to you because the transmission was having issues initially you guys said th not ever gonna use you guys for service ever again. I brought my vehicle to you because the transmission was having issues initially you guys said that the battery fuse block was bad and replace those then confirmed what I already knew which was at the transmission was having issues and replace the valve. Upon replacing the valve and the day I picked up the vehicle and I could not communicate with you that airbag light was on the dash. You’re claiming no fault to this saying that you guys drove for 50 miles and that the light was not on the dash going over today’s diagnosis which is covered free since it was warranty work. It is your fault because you guys your place the fuse block, which is of the main brains not the main brain for the vehicle and it has communication with the passenger seatbelt or restraint sensor. It’s a programming issue that is your fault. The service advisor kept trying to push blame off telling me that I needed to go to Dodge to handle the situation until I told her look , you guys replaced something that had programming the programming failed. It’s your responsibility to get this fixed then told me well if we handle it we’re gonna have your vehicle for at least another week. That’s unacceptable. I’ve had so many issues with this dealership. I’ve been putting you guys on blast and I hope that you lose All of your customer base. I hope people realize that this dealership is a scam they technicians you do not know what they’re doing and they don’t take accountability for their ups. I’ll be contacting you guys shortly to let you guys figure out when I can take my vehicle to Dodge to have them program it at your expense . My vehicle will not be held without a loaner vehicle being provided at your expense seeing as you held my vehicle hostage for almost 2 months because you wouldn’t source the part elsewhere that was on backorder claiming it had to be purchased from the particular location you were purchasing it from . Have had multiple issues with Jim Butler. First time I had my truck scheduled to get the cameras fix and oil pan replaced. The dealer cancelled on me already after leaving work early to drop First time I had my truck scheduled to get the cameras fix and oil pan replaced. The dealer cancelled on me already after leaving work early to drop it off. Then they would tell me I missed my appointment after they cancelled on me. They said they would call me back to get my truck back in and never called. My point of contact for this was Sydney. The 2nd time it was in at Jim Butler (already being at Jim Trenary of Troy twice before this) was for camera issues and they were not fixed and is already back at the dealer and haven't had my truck for weeks at a time. They refuse to let me tow my boat so I lose out on tournament fees I've already paid for. More
They had my vehicle for two weeks and the communication was terrible. It took 3 days for anyone from the service department to provide an update. On day 5 I asked for a rental and was told Dalton was ou was terrible. It took 3 days for anyone from the service department to provide an update. On day 5 I asked for a rental and was told Dalton was out of office and Kayla would call me back but never did. On day 6 I was finally made aware the diagnostics was finally complete when I called to ask for a rental a second time. Once it was complete and I drove it home the check engine light came on so I drove it back to the dealership and it was just a sensor issue which the tech addressed quickly and acknowledge his mistake. The general lack of customer service from the customer facing employees made the whole experience less than desirable and would recommend using another dealerships service department when possible. Second bad experience here. Shame on me for going back. I had an airbag recall done on my silverado and they broke my dash in 3 separate places and ripped off all the tabs. Shame on me for going back. I had an airbag recall done on my silverado and they broke my dash in 3 separate places and ripped off all the tabs. They had me sign their paperwork that the dash was cracked prior to install. I wrote in, specifically, one small crack. We talked about this beforehand. I fought them on it when I picked up the truck and Rick (believe that was his name) the service manager told me that they wouldn't cover it, and that I would have to fight GM regional on it. Their attitude was sorry but your truck is old so we can break it and tough for you. Then they just kick the customer service can down the road to the 1-800 reps. Never again. More
Very unhappy with this experience, received conflicting information, backpedaing, service wasn't fully completed/ damage, 3 calls weren't returned from rentals, wasted time and much aggravation. information, backpedaing, service wasn't fully completed/ damage, 3 calls weren't returned from rentals, wasted time and much aggravation.
