I Received a ph. Call from “someone”at Jim Butler, after two weeks. (I feel it was an advisor/manager.) The Name said was so “low “ I could not hear!! I have No Problem w/hearing. I stressed the “Wrong Mileage was put on my “Servicing Paperwork”,,& explained why this goes further than the “Shop” to be a problem for me!,,(I just heard an o.k.,,,IS IT GOING TO BE CHANGED? ),,,?….Spoke to him about, There’s problem with cooling fan not coming on,,(One-reason I brought in!!!) He said if not getting Hot, I’m ok…We spoke more on issue!! I’d like auto to work like it did!!! Was told I’d have to make another appt. & their behind 24-48hrs…(well that’s why I needed it done when I came in AUGUST!!!! (Being SENIOR OF AGE,,& being taught well),,This is not right—NEITHER IS MY AIR VALVE STEM CAPS, not mine& barely on!!! When I left the service garage!!! & lost one!!! That I didn’t get to mention on phone….
