This has been the most frustrating experience ever. After waiting three weeks for an appointment to have my vehicle, that I purchased from Jim Butler to be serviced. I was contacted that day to confirm my concerns. I was told they were running behind and it could be two or three days before they would have a diagnostic plan. After seven days I called back and left two messages. The next day I called back and left another message. Couple hours later I got a call letting me know they did have to replace some parts and even though I have the extended warranty which gives me a rental car, there were none available so they would call me when the vehicle was ready. One week later I got a call to come get my vehicle. Two weeks of finding a ride is not pleasant. This has got to be a serious issue with this dealership. More
