Jim Butler Chevrolet is the most honest car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Not only in sales but most definitely in service as well. My service advisor is Kayla, she is on top of her game. We had not had the car for 30 days and the starter went out. I had to have it towed in. After some complaining they repaired it,cost me 100 bucks though but better than what it would've been. out. I had a appointment @ 1pm for oil change but had to wait 3 hours due to them not having a filter for my car. I was told to remind them to get filter before coming.
