Best deal and staff within 250 miles of Fort Leonard Wood I have been searching for a new car for the past 5 months. I live outside of Fort Leonard Wood and tried all the local dealers. I even went to Springfield, Columbia, Kansas City, and all over. I even visited 4 other dealers in the Saint Louis area before coming to Jim Butler Chevrolet. The moment I walked in the door at Jim Butler Chevrolet, I could tell, “this was the place to do business”. My sales rep was Joe Anatra and he could tell I had been doing my research and been shopping around. Within 30 minutes he had me a deal that beat all the other dealerships by $1000-$3000. He even gave me a loaner till my car could be shipped in. The service I received, and continue to receive has be only wanting to buy my future cars from this dealership. More
High Quality Customer Oriented Operation I took my 2017 Malibu in the get the oil changed and to get two alerts that I received through On-Star checked out. The check in staff were all very h I took my 2017 Malibu in the get the oil changed and to get two alerts that I received through On-Star checked out. The check in staff were all very helpful and courteous but the standout was Kim Hausmann. She walked me through everything from the check-in to getting a loaner to contacting me when the car was finished and telling me what the Tech's had found and repaired. Getting the car to the Tech's took some time due to the large volume of service work being done there but Kim told me to keep the loaner until the work was completed. All in all this was a very satisfactory and stress free experience thanks to Ms. Hausmann. More

Absolutely terrible service! I bought a brand new truck earlier this year here and scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday to get the first oil change. I spoke with Dalton I bought a brand new truck earlier this year here and scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday to get the first oil change. I spoke with Dalton upon arrival as he was the service advisor and told me they were behind so it would be a little longer than normal wait. I waited and waited and finally went to the cashier to speak with someone about the status of my truck. She informs me they turned the lights off and left for the day already and I couldn't get my truck back until Monday because she can't do invoicing after hours. Needless to say sh looked on the computer and it was done and she was able to access my keys. No one ever called me or anything to give me the status of my vehicle that is was done or anything just left me waiting in the waiting room for nearly 4 hours wasting half of my Saturday, Absolutely unacceptable! And to top it off I get an email the following Tuesday saying my vehicle is done and ready for pick up. More
