Great service! I called and they got me in for a maintenance appointment the same day. I have a very irradict schedule so this worked for me. I was assigned a person I called and they got me in for a maintenance appointment the same day. I have a very irradict schedule so this worked for me. I was assigned a person who was very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. They quoted me 90 minutes and it was done in 60. I also received a voucher for a free car wash which was amazing. I bought my car here and I am going to do all of my maintenance here. So happy with this company!! I am just sorry that I didn’t remeber the service mans name. More

Great service/maintenance appointment. This was my first complimentary maintenance appointment for the new car I purchased in October. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone was This was my first complimentary maintenance appointment for the new car I purchased in October. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone was courteous and efficient. I had been told to expect the appointment to take 90 minutes. It was actually a little less, around 75 minutes. I loved being able to drive into the service area and having the intake part of my visit taken care of while I was still in the car. Everything went very smoothly from the intake area, to the waiting area, to the cashier, and to the pick up area. I was very pleased. Thank you. More
Poor communication My wife’s car was brought on for a upgrade the salesman set up for us. Called the day of said he’d be here at 10Am to help check her in. And none of his peers where in the loop to take his place. The service center folks could not provide a time estimate nor had knowledge a loaner needed to be set up. Which was suppose to be arranged by our salesman . Then he heard nothing at the end of the day when the car was ready. We had to contact the dealer and get a status of when the vechivle was ready or not. More
Had engine problems with extended warranty. Car towed in. My car was in your shop for the wiper recall. Got it back and had acceleration problems. Had my car towed to Bommarito Chevrolet since it was closer My car was in your shop for the wiper recall. Got it back and had acceleration problems. Had my car towed to Bommarito Chevrolet since it was closer and under the GM warranty. They told me my oil was low and did an oil change and said it was fine. I got my car back and on 2/9/18 had problems again with acceleration. This time it was towed to your business. Doug was my adviser. He was great. The only problem I had was with paying for the engine cleaning and total cost of flushing out the transmission. Took it to my repair shop and they questioned the same thing. Said had to drain the transmission to get to the engine and should not have had to pay for the total flush. The first transmission flush was done at 45,000 and the next recommended flush was due at 90,000. I only had 71,013 miles. My car seems to perform better for now. I am still concerned about the excessive use of oil. I have check the problems with this model and it seems to have engine problems. My warranty expires on 2/23/19. I only hope that my problem is resolved. We have bought several cars through Jim Butler and have always had excellent service. I just hope that the repairs done to my car will take care of the problem. More

Very unstressful with usually a stressful time buying a truc Brian was great, listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't. Also the finance girl was so nice and also didn't force us to buy things we didn't need. Also we feel she got us the best finance rate she could. More
Third truck I've bought from them!! I wasn't actually going to buy a new truck, just wanted to "look at them", but after talking to Ardi and Stacey, I said what the heck!! I told them the options I wanted, and they made it happen!! Ardi put a sweet deal together for me and then Stacey comes along and sets the hook!!!! LOL Stacey went above and beyond with hooking me up with great financing and an awesome extended warranty. I usually don't get an extended warranty, but Stacey explained everything to me and it definitely made sense to pull the trigger!! Both guys are very pleasant to talk to and no hassle whatsoever!! I will definitely continue to buy my trucks from them!!! More
