I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday didn’t hear anything from Tuesday (my intake specialist wasn’t there ) called and not anyone could tell me what was going on with my vehicle because he was off took them from Tuesday (my intake specialist wasn’t there ) called and not anyone could tell me what was going on with my vehicle because he was off took them till Friday to figure this out and I just bought the vehicle on Monday the week before and they did not offer me a loaner car I had no vehicle and no news on what was going on very unprofessional in my opinion More

Appt. was @ 1:30PM & wasn’t done until 4:00ish. No reason given why. Also, when some of Dealer’s equipment was inserted, into my vehicle, my “Check Engin was @ 1:30PM & wasn’t done until 4:00ish. No reason given why. Also, when some of Dealer’s equipment was inserted, into my vehicle, my “Check Engine” light came on & I was informed that it might go off, but was OK to drive, as long as it didn’t start blinking. It’s still “steady lit” & I don’t have an extra $200. for any Diagnostics. I bought this vehicle in early Feb. 2024. I don’t understand this issue. More
