Had $1400 in scheduled and recommended maintenance completed on my 2021 Silverado 2500. The center cap was left off a wheel. The CEL came on due to an oil cap being left in my shutter inlet. I have called multiple times and had to leave so many messages for each issue just to get them resolved. I am still waiting on a loaner to be able to have my 4x4 looked at. I'm concerned this is causing long term damage to my transfer case and differentials since they were all serviced together. I have lost all faith in the service department at Jim Butler. It's clear the technician made mistakes, but this should be resolved in a timely manner. And I should not have to make multiple calls over multiple days to get updates and to get this corrected. I am very disappointed in the length of time it takes to get calls back from Dalton. I just want my truck to be in the same or better condition than it was when I took it in for service. Left a message for Service Manager Chuck on 8.20 and didn't receive a call back. Called and left another message on 8.21. I can't understand why I am not able to get a response to correct this problem. I dropped the truck off for service in Auto 4x4 and it no longer works since I had service performed. More
Came in for a free oil change from purchasing a new car. While on the phone to make the appointment, we were asked if we wanted tire rotation, answer was no. Then she went on and on and on about what a good deal it was. That was a total turn off to wanting to return for service at your location. Also, you’re waiting room stinks having the TV turned on to a channel you cannot change or turn off that stupid ridiculous Another reason we will not be returning for service at your location More

Aaron at the Butler outlet center provided excellent sales service. The used 2018 F150 I purchased was as described and ready to go when my wife and I arrived from Michigan. Lindsay had the finance paperwork ready to sign and we were in and out of her office in about ten minutes. From when we arrived at the dealer to when we drove off was only about an hour. My wife and I had no issues driving the truck home over 500 miles that same day. The next weekend I used it to tow a car hauler several hundred miles and it performed flawlessly. I was sold a 6 year extended warranty but was never told it was $8k. I have no paperwork on the warranty so no clue what it covers.
