Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize if your experience didn't live up to your expectations. We quote 90 minutes to 2 hours for our oil changes. Our records indicate that we have performed within these parameters. Our records indicate that you waited 86 minutes. Please keep in mind that these are GM certified technicians, and they are performing your oil change, your tire rotation, a multi-point vehicle inspection and topping off your fluids. Just like everything else in our economy, the price of oil is going up. But we have done our research and have found that our prices are still competitive with other dealerships in our area, including Dobbs. We hope that you have found this information helpful.
