Service is adequate but very costly Dropped the car off at 8 am and didn't hear from the service advisor so I called for a status update around 2:00 and had to leave a message. Didn't hear back so I called again at 4:40 and was told they needed to keep the car overnight. The diagnosis was that I needed 2 sparkplugs and 2 coils and that it would take about 2 hours of labor. I don't mind paying $125/hr for labor but I was charged $125 for each ignition coil and over $17 for each sparkplug when I could have prchased all 8 Motorcraft coils and sparkplugs online for $134.. ..a total ripoff . Needless to say I'm very disappointef in JBF. More

Excellent experience I had my passengers side door repaired there after it got hit and mangled. The door could only be opened from the inside of the car after the accide I had my passengers side door repaired there after it got hit and mangled. The door could only be opened from the inside of the car after the accident The door looked brand new when I picked it up after the repair and it could be opened from the outside now. The staff was awesome and they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend Jim Burke collision center More
