These two service writers get the work underway and follow up by keeping us posted on the status of our repairs. Our Fleet Salesman is Steve Witt and we could not be more pleased with the service that we receive from Steve. We have been purchasing Ford vehicles from Jim Burke Ford through Steve for over 20 years, just purchased another F150 and will shortly be purchasing an Explorer as well. The people at Jim Burke Ford are the reason that we continue to purchase vehicles at Jim Burke. We also appreciate the fact that Jim Burke Ford is a big supporter of Education in Kern County. More

Horrible experience! My fiancé & I have been considering purchasing a mustang GT. We went to the dealership with the intentions of test driving & purchasing a vehicle. We ask twice if we can test drive it the salesman says that the general manager said that it would NOT be possible for us to test drive the vehicle because they only want people with the intentions of buying the car test driving it since the vehicle had 30 miles. Okay? how do you expect people to purchase a vehicle if you don't allow them to test drive it& how does the salesmen/ general manager know that we weren't going with the intentions of buying a vehicle? Took my vehicle in for collusion repair on a Monday afternoon decided to leave it there thinking its Jim Burke For its definitely in good hands not knowing I was totally wrong as a week went by no work afternoon decided to leave it there thinking its Jim Burke For its definitely in good hands not knowing I was totally wrong as a week went by no work was done to my vehicle so the following Monday I received a call stating my vehicle will soon be worked on as soon as its approved by the insurance agency which was fine I can understand this takes time, shortly after I was told that my vehicle has been broken into everything that I've worked hard for was stolen including an aftermarket sound system which price range from $5,000 in electronics, I was in shock like how could this have happened to my vehicle that was I though to be in good hands, what makes the situation worse turns out that someone left the windows down & left doors unlocked which made for an easy steal, this should of never happened where was security, why were my windows left rolled down & doors unlocked who is responsible for these mistakes, I will never again take my vehicle for any repairs or would I recommend Jim Burke Ford to anyone ever again" More
