Very frustrating experience and will never to back Sales person was dishonest about how the lease worked. When our lease was up and came time to trade our truck in, we had no equity and came to realize Sales person was dishonest about how the lease worked. When our lease was up and came time to trade our truck in, we had no equity and came to realize everything that was said to us was completely dishonest and incorrect. Showed up for an appointment with the finance manager to sign paperwork to buy our lease out, waited 35 minutes, and left (automall location). Come to find out no one had told th finance manager he had an appointment when I had scheduled it two days prior. Will never use this dealership again. More
