The other shop didn’t want to address the issue, but Nuncio took the time to communicate between all people involved so that the issue could be resolved. Customer service is hard but he communicated well and made sure tensions did not escalate. We were back on the road shortly and left with a positive attitude. Couldn’t ask for more that that.
