The Works, not. Went to get an oil at the Quick Lane. Was told they would not be able to rotate tires because lug nuts were swollen and offered replacements for $50. Looked up online and declined as they were less expensive . Car was pulled around, and I did a visual inspection of lug nuts. Two on driver side rear were finger loose. Rim all scratched up around lug nut holes. Asked to have it looked at. Technician came out, tightened the two, yet did no inspection of other wheels to ensure safety. Thought I’d take a look at the other items on their “Works” checklist. I purposely left one of the latches on air intake off to see if it would be inspected, as it was not the last time I brought in. It had not been touched. No inspection of air filter. Checked brake fluid reservoir. Near empty. Checked washer fluid reservoir. Near empty. Cabin filter. Not checked. All of these Items were checked as good on the checklist I was given. Got home. Tried all lug nuts with lug wrench, and was able to remove all. Looked under vehicle. Oil filter was new, but screws holding the plastic drip pan to the undercarriage were missing.(This is the only place it’s ever been serviced since I purchased with 3000 miles). Just spent $2000 at this dealership getting the steering fixed(which should have been covered by recall). My suspicions of services not being performed when they said they were has been confirmed. My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Jim Burke Ford, and I assumed they could be trusted to meet my service needs. My disillusionment of Ford products and now Service is increasing. For the hour and fifteen minutes I was there(no one else waiting in waiting area), and the increase in price of the Works package, I question what was actually done to my vehicle. I urge everyone to inspect their cars after service to make sure the services they say were done, are indeed completed. More

Excellent and Quick Service I had an appointment for Wednesday, but by Monday morning I knew my car needed to be in the shop. I called and brought my car into Elias and expected I had an appointment for Wednesday, but by Monday morning I knew my car needed to be in the shop. I called and brought my car into Elias and expected them not to look at it until Wednesday. I rented a greater car from their certified auto leasing and went on my way. Eliza’s called me by the end of the day on Monday and already had the problem figured out. He ordered the new part I needed and my car was done Tuesday evening!
