Recall service poor service I had a recall for my Ford edge so I call to check in to see what I had to do to get it taken care of. So they told me they would have to order the pa I had a recall for my Ford edge so I call to check in to see what I had to do to get it taken care of. So they told me they would have to order the part .I said okay they told me they were going to call me once it was in. I let two months go by and I decided to call in to check in on it. They told me it never got order and that they were going have to order it. So they got the part in we had a scheduled appointment to come in to get it fix. I found out I had to work late and I missed my appointment. I was goin to call but I didnt get a chance. So the next morning I got a call and they left a message saying if I didnt reschedule they were going to give my part away to a other customer. It really upset me they would do a thing like that after all what had happen the first time. More
Wrong date appointment I went yesterday to fix valve cover on my vehicle. However, I needed to get an appointment to get service done. I totally understand that policy. R.J in service told me that you can make an appointment tomorrow 1pm in other location. I mentioned that I am coming 1hr from the dealers. I choose that location because he mentioned me that labor fee could be cheaper than Los Angeles, also it has opening tomorrow. I left message on his voicemail then couple hours later he called me back to apologized to me that was mistake,he squeeze me in on Thursday early morning. His customer services is great even I have not fix my car yet. More

Burke doesn’t stock a 5 dollar part I had the sensor on my right front tire replaced because it was leaking. My tire was constantly low. I have a F350 Dually. The front tires run 75 psi I had the sensor on my right front tire replaced because it was leaking. My tire was constantly low. I have a F350 Dually. The front tires run 75 psi. Less than a month later the sensor was failing. I went back to have the problem repaired. I was told that they did not have the valve stem sensor in stock and showed me the failed valve stem sensor. They sent out to Reilly’s Auto Parts to get a new valve stem with no sensor. I was told to come back the next day because they had ordered the part. I live 40 miles away. The service people were nice but for the company to not stock the part is unacceptable. More
