Bad Service After taking my car to Jim Burke Ford for the recall on my passenger airbag, my car was returned with the passenger ac vents not working and bolts fal After taking my car to Jim Burke Ford for the recall on my passenger airbag, my car was returned with the passenger ac vents not working and bolts falling out from under the dash. When I repeatedly left messages for the service department I never recieved not one phone call back. I had to take a day off work and take my car to Ford to get any reply. Once again I had to leave my vehicle there for an entire day without even an offer of a rental. I was finally told after I called them, that they are not responsible for my ac vents not working after they installed the new airbag. Funny thing is they always worked before. They said they could fix the problem for a minimum of $300 to $500. This time when I got my car back the clips that hold to plastic piece on the pasenger seat are all broke. I never had one problem with my car until I left it at Jim Burke Ford. I will never take a vehicle there ever again. More
