Take your time and money somewhere else Purchased a used Subaru on July 22nd along with a $1400 care package. Was lied to by Jen about what the warranty covered. Jen likes to sell expensive Purchased a used Subaru on July 22nd along with a $1400 care package. Was lied to by Jen about what the warranty covered. Jen likes to sell expensive warranties that she doesn’t even understand or know what is covered. Jen will then dodge your phone calls and not explain herself or provide answers. 5 weeks after buying the car I was told all 4 tires needed to be replaced because it is an all wheel drive car and one tire had a defect. The defect was a bubble in the tire that I had noticed before buying the car. Funny their “certified mechanics” simply overlooked this defect. When I went to file a claim I realized the dealer gave me no paperwork on my care package, no paper work on a $2800 extended warranty i purchased and no paperwork on the factory warranty that the car came with. After calling out of work, being stranded at the tire shop all day, and speaking to multiple people at Jerry’s ford (who by the way will promise you the world and never call you back) I was told that the aftermarket care package would only cover one tire. The cost to replace all four tires was $1300. When the tire shop went to remove the wheels there is a special key needed and the key that Jerry’s gave me with the car was broken and the tire shop could not remove my wheels Until I purchased a new key. I had to come out of pocket for the 4 tires and the key just 5 weeks after buying at $35000 car. Contacted Jerry’s countless times about these issues and all I ever got was “ let me transfer you to the person who handles that” phone would go to a voicemail box every time. I would leave a clear detailed message with my contact info only to never get a call back. I honestly could go on and on about what a horrible experience I’ve had with there lack of customer care after purchase. It is now October 19th almost 3 months after I originally purchased my car and I do not have permanent plates I’m on my 3rd temp tag and I’ve had to call every time to remind them my temp tag is expiring and they just keep sending me temp tags telling me it takes time to get a permanent tag. I just received my extended warranty info last week 2 months and 3 weeks after date of purchase. Once again this review really only begins to scrape the surface of what I’ve gone through over the past three months but I’ll end it here to spare your time. I think you get the point, please save yourself and go somewhere that has good customer service before and more importantly after you make your purchase because this place will lie to you, take your money, and run. #Crooks #JenLies #Jerrysdoesntcareaboutyou More

Very disappointed in Service I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. We got a brand new F250 less than 4 months ago. The engine light came on, along with some other things being wrong. So, we I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. We got a brand new F250 less than 4 months ago. The engine light came on, along with some other things being wrong. So, we scheduled service of course. The part I'm especially disappointed about is that I'm expected to wait 4-5 hours until their diagnostics are completed before a rental car is authorized or a loaner car given. That's absolutely ridiculous! We've bought many cars in the past (one of which is Dodge and I was in and out in 30 minutes, complete with rental car!) and have never been inconvenienced like that. So now we're expected to BOTH take a day off from work, to drop off a brand new truck under FULL WARRANTY that shouldn't have given us a problem in the first place this soon!!! If we had known this beforehand, there is no way we would have purchased a vehicle here. I really appreciate having to waste 3 hours in traffic on my only day off, just to learn that I would have to waste another 4-5 hours just sitting around. There is NO WAY that my husband and I will buy another Ford if this is the level of inconvenience we have to put up with for a vehicle less than 4 mos old, under Full Warranty. More

Poor Sales Experience We recently stopped in to take a look at 2019 Ford Explorers, which are heavily discounted due to the arrival of the 2020 Explorer. We had done our ho We recently stopped in to take a look at 2019 Ford Explorers, which are heavily discounted due to the arrival of the 2020 Explorer. We had done our homework, and were familiar with the vehicle's options. Issues started with some technical problems with the one we were looking at. These were issues with both the mechanical elements and the infotainment system, it wasn't a huge deal because if we liked the vehicle we would ensure these issues were sorted before buying it. However, it was surprising to me that the issues were dodged completely, blamed on other things outside their control (it's a brand new car...). Not a great start. We did a test drive anyway, and during the test drive the salesman's head was buried in his cell phone and when we directly asked him questions he would just make up an answer that cursory googling would prove wrong. And we're talking simple stuff like engine options and trim features. At the end of the day, the sales experience rubbed me the wrong way, so I can't recommend it. More
