He was able to guarantee, over the phone, certain incentives that applied to us. Upon arrival I advised him that we were on a time crunch and needed this process to be as quick as possible. From that moment on his feet never stopped moving. The moment we arrived to the moment we drove away with a fantastic deal on a vehicle was less than 3 hours. That included a trade in vehicle assessment and some back and forth with that as well until we were happy with the offered price. Chris F and the rest of the staff we dealt with that day were very friendly and helped make the process seemless. Sales Dept was Great, Service not so much I took my brand new truck in for an oil change. I also had a couple concerns.
