Great getting you into a car but cheap cars They were great getting us a good deal on our trade in and getting us into a family vehicle. But when it came to paying off the trade in loan they did They were great getting us a good deal on our trade in and getting us into a family vehicle. But when it came to paying off the trade in loan they did not send the check off in the 10day payoff period. It took the 2 1/2 weeks to get the payoff sent. In which time the next payment was due. A payment that should not have come out of our account did and withdrew us. We ended up with overdraft fees because of the dealers mistake on not sending off our payoff to the bank in the correct time frame. On top of that I requested the inspection that they said was done and they did not provide it. They said an oil change had been done and it was black and almost empty just a month after having it. Also had we had to get one of the tires fixed because it kept getting low. Now it’s only been a month and a half and the other tire is having the same problem. The sway bars are also bad. All of which I am finding out on my own because the inspection was not provided. If you do buy from them demand the inspection before purchasing! And call in a few time to make sure they mail out your payoff when they are supposed to! More

We had a few things that were promised to be fixed. We went for them to be fixed the next weekend as scheduled to sit there for 3 hours and finally find out the parts were never ordered. There was an issue with the finance company not wanting to finance the whole extended warranty so instead of the dealership contacting us they ran our credit again with several other finance companies. We got an alert our credit had been ran is how we found out. The next week I called service and they said the seat back was in but waiting on other parts. This was not true, later we were told the seat back was discontinued and they couldn’t get it in. Finally most of the issues were fixed and we signed new finance papers and received new 30 day tags. Our 30 day tags were due the 31st on a Sunday. We finally received the rest of the paperwork Thursday the 28th to find out the inspection was not the correct type of inspection needed. So I had to get an inspection on my own. This experience has been far from good. More
