Jeff responded shortly after my making an on-line inquiry, both by email and by phone. I dicsussed with Jeff that I had access to GM emplyees dicount program and he informed me that if I were a credi inquiry, both by email and by phone. I took my car in for warranty repair. I had a brake vibration. First service was satifactory. Second visit completely repaired the problem. I was very satisfied with the knowledge of the service tech vibration. First service was satifactory. Second visit completely repaired the problem. WHen i also mentioned a problem with my stereo, the same knowlageble service tech surveyed the problem and quickly figured out that it was not my stereo but a speaker. THis was fixed at 100 percent satisfactory as was the brake problem. I will continue to have my car serviced at jeff wyler GMC. More

I must admit, I have had plenty of problems with my 08 Buick Enclave. However, in every instance, Norm Ellis, who is the service manager at this dealership has far exceeded my expectations to insure my co Buick Enclave. Believe me, this was not a small task!! I am now considering a new sedan as my need for the larger SUV is no longer relevant.
