I Love comming to Jeff Wyler when I'm need of getting my cars fixed and buying cars. I have now bought a total of 3 Cars for Lloyd. I just trust him. Lloyd listened to what I was looking for (a VIBE) but couldn't afford it so he pointed me toward the G6 I am so glad he Did I loved my new car. he answered all my questions. My friend came and bought a car for LLoyd about 2 weeks later. then we needed a nother car because my husbands car was going down. So I went back to see Lloyd. when I got there a couple of salesmen asked if They could help me find something I said yes I need to see Lloyd. when he came out he rememered who i was and greeted me. he understood my budget and what I needed and he point me in the rigth direction again. that was # 2. this past weekend My friend was in need of a new car and she wanted a G6 because she loved mine so much. so I took her to see Lloyd. agin we were greated by another employee and I asked to see Llyod. he came over and interduced his slef to my friend. he was a very busy man that day but he made us feel like we were his only customers.He worked well with her very well and When I saw the Vibes I was in Heaven and decides after my friend bought her Car I would buy my 3rd. both Jason P and Lloyd worked my friend and I very well and made us feel important. Jason P is very informative on all the ins and outs of the loan world. I feel like every time I come to Jeff Wyler I feel as if Im important. both Lloyd and Jason know me and my first name and always says hi to me. I feel that both Lloyd and jason dersve a raise. my 4 year old daughter like going up there also to say hi to LLoyd. she said to me Mommy Lloyd has a lot of Cars... Couldn't ask for someone (Shane Ancona) that worked so hard to find me just the car I wanted. I had a specific list of options that I wanted and unfortunately Jeff Wyler in Florence, KY didn't have such hard to find me just the car I wanted. I was not happy with the unusual feel when applying the brakes on a long hill. I took the car back to the original dealer and after checking I was told the brakes were fine, nothing could be found. I was still not happy so I tried the Buick dealer near where I worked, same story. I continued driving the car, but, I still felt there was a Problem. I called Jeff Wyler Buick in Florence. They told me to bring the car in and they would check it while I waited. I arrived on Monday at 9:30AM. I explained my problem to Bill Grau and he assured they would find the problem. About 2 hours later the car was ready. Bill explained that the front rotors were slightly warped. He told me that they turned the rotors and car the should be fine. He was right, the brakes are working just as I thought they should. I am extremely happy with this service department. More
