Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, Kentucky is our number ONE and ONLY place for a dependable service department. This event/PM was one of the biggest we had completed since we bought the New SUV. Service date: 14MAY2024, Changed out all four tires, flushed the fuel system replaced filters, an alignment and new brakes. As always Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, took care of us and was on the mark. The new Video "Walk around" is very cool and helpful since customers are not allowed (by OSHA and insurance reasons) to be in the service area. We saw the brakes and their condition before removal and after so we could witness the worn parts and then shown the new parts before and after the install. Rotors as well. Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, KY., their service department covers issues before total failure occurs. Scott, the shop Manager is one of the best and runs a super shop. His team is number one in my opinion, and they are good people. I think they do their best to save us wrecker calls later down the road. One of the most unethical Dealerships we have ever dealt with and based on our service experiences, they have a total disregard for the customer. There were two separate events that were horrible the last o with and based on our service experiences, they have a total disregard for the customer. There were two separate events that were horrible the last one being when my wife took our Buick in for powertrain warranty service and they said the part was covered but the work to replace it was not (totally different than the stated GM Warranty). That extra work would cost us $1,922.00! They treated my wife horribly (assume because she is a woman) and we argued back and forth for three weeks which left us without a vehicle. Finally, we took it to another dealership who, covered 100% by warranty, had it repaired in less than 2 hours. Tried to speak and email leadership at Jeff Wyler numerous times with no response. We have filed an ethics complaint with GM to hopefully prevent the behavior with future customers. More
I Love y Boys! They are always in a good mood they are fast and friendly. If they are running behind someone always comes out and talks to me and tells me what is going on.
