I went to have my truck repaired after a break in. I had to have both of my doors replaced and part of dash replaced from damage done. It took two weeks to finish which I was fine with. The first time I wen to have both of my doors replaced and part of dash replaced from damage done. It took two weeks to finish which I was fine with. The first time I went to pick it up looked it over and found that they used the same chewed up handles from the break in the had been paid for to be replaced. Then I found that they did not put any of the badging back on the doors which I also paid to have replaced since they had to repaint both of the doors. I was also very displeased with the amount of orange peel on both of the doors. You could see bumps and waves every where and it was a horrible blend job over all. So they kept the truck over night to fix. I went back the next day to look it over and found that they had done an ok job fixing the clear coat on the doors. But noticed a dent in the door that looked like it had been buffed to hard. I also looked inside to check if the dash had been fixed which it had not been replaced. I left it there again to have the issues resolved. They called me back they next day to check on there work before they put it back together and it looked a lot better. I came back the following day to pick it up and found that the dash piece had been replaced but not installed right and had corners sticking out and was not flush whatsoever I fixed it myself because I was tired with dealing with these hacks. The paint still is not very good and badging is at different hieghts on both sides and not perfectly lined up but I'm gona have to deal with it because I cant go on without a truck any longer. I was also displeased because it was completly full of dust on the inside and outside. Dont go there they are total hacks! More
We purchased a new Sierra. We were very pleased that we felt no pressure to buy a vehicle. Also, Chad spent a great deal of time explaining all the new features on the truck, like Onstar and the satelite radio system.Spending money for a new vehicle is never something I look forward to doing, but the experience at Jeff Wyler GMC was pretty good. My name is Kurtis my wife Abbey and I stop in at Jeff Wyler GMC of florence to see if we could get a new or used truck I wasnt even expecting to actully get approved for the loan without needing a co-sig Wyler GMC of florence to see if we could get a new or used truck I wasnt even expecting to actully get approved for the loan without needing a co-signer and getting a co-signer wasnt going to happin for us but not only did we get approved we actully got the new 2011 truck that we wanted and at a very great price Ron our sales person and Jason our finance person worked thier hardest to get us in the truck that we wanted and we got it everyone was very costumer friendly which is great because we went to Tom Gill chevy of florence got approved I had to get some thing in order befor i could get the truck but they were very forceful trying to make me sign right then and there not only that but the next day i recieved a call telling me that they sold the truck they we looked at out from under us some time along the line of Tom Gill getting so big and noticed that team lost thier way on how to not only tread a costumer but a person.Jeff Wylers team was perfect they set the standards on how costumers should be treated above and beyond they rest. I put it this way we bought a 2011 GMC Sierra crew cab fully loaded with all the perks that came with the truck it blue books at 50,095 they were asking 42,000 after it was all said and done we drove home no money down at 34,000 everyone we show the new truck off to like family and friends sees how great it is and says "yall pretty much got that for a steal" all and all 110% saticefied with our expierence and yes i will be going back in the near future to get either anothere truck or a pontiac solstice More

Overall, our experience with Jeff Wyler Florence Buick/GMC was great! The salesperson, Ron Daugherty, was knowledgable, friendly and flexible in working with us to get the car we wanted. My experience with Shane Ancona & Lynne Dotson and been most pleasant. Shane bent over backwards finding just the Terrain I was wanted. Lynne Dotson does such a wonderful job of making sure things are just right for me and seems to really enjoy doing her job. What a pleasant person to deal with and such a good first impression for Wyler. Most recently I brought my car in for an oil change and to have stalling issues checked out. My car has less than 5,000 miles, but has stalled (complete died and needed to be restarted) recently at two stop lights & most recently while pulling into a parking spot. The service manager (Jim I think - but his name escapes me at the moment) was very pleasant, and did his best to explain the one code that came up on the car. Unfortunately they were unable to recreate the issue, but if it happens again, I will leave the car overnight since this problem seems to occur within the first 5 miles after starting the car in the morning. More
