This dealership has been my "home" for nearly twenty years. They can't be beat. Make you feel like you're part of the family. They always fix things the first time, with a minimum of fuss and twenty years. They can't be beat. Make you feel like you're part of the family. Everything, including price, was handled fairly and professionally. Both employees were very professional. Like all dealerships, the game is played (they offer this much, you offer that much, and bac professionally. Both employees were very professional. Like all dealerships, the game is played (they offer this much, you offer that much, and back and forth). It's just the way it is and if you have not done your homework, you will pay more. The main thing is I received an incredible deal and an incredible product. The only thing I think could have been better were phone messages or electronic mail answered sooner with more specific content. In this day and age, people don't have time to travel here, there, and yonder when "negotiating" price and details. I realize from a sales perspective, the dealer wants you in the showroom, but that's not always possible. The bottom line is that I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. More

Brad Drew was the best car salesperson I have dealt with over my lifetime. He was very knowledgeable about the car I chose (Terrain), professional and personable. He took the time to bring various cars fo over my lifetime. He was very knowledgeable about the car I chose (Terrain), professional and personable. He took the time to bring various cars for me to drive during the snow and wanted to make sure I chose the car I wanted. Once purchased, he sat in the car with my to make sure I knew how to operate all the gadgets, including setting up my bluetooth and Onvia service. That was literally the first time over my years buying various cars I left the lot with such confidence. He also assured me if I ever had questions or concerns to call him, and stop by for occasional car wash while I was in the area. I am totally satisfied and love my Terrain!!! I had a plesant experience with other staff as well. Great customer friendliness!!! More
