I had stopped at Jeff Wyler Buick of Florence expecting the same over-friendly, "I'm your pal" treatment that I had experienced from all the other dealers I had stopped at that day. I was not in a very goo the same over-friendly, "I'm your pal" treatment that I had experienced from all the other dealers I had stopped at that day. I was not in a very good mood because my car had just quit on me (for the last time) and I needed to buy another car that day. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Dave Navarre treated me with respect and didn't try to sell me a car that I didn't really want. He asked a few intelligent questions and listened to my answers. At that point my bad mood was gone and I was able to enjoy shopping for a car. There was a good selection of quality used cars to choose from and after test driving a couple of them the choice was easy. Financing was arranged, license plate, tags, insurance, all done for me stress free! Dave turned my dreaded car shopping chore into the enjoyable car shopping event that it should be. I am 100% satisfied with all aspect of my experience and strongly recommend to anyone shopping for a car to stop by Jeff Wyler Buick. Five stars for sure. More

I brought our buick in for routine service. I was greeted immediately. I was asked if there were any problems that needed attention. The service person (J. Smith) was at the service desk so I was able to immediately. I was asked if there were any problems that needed attention. The service person (J.
